Objective:Through research and analysis of clinical data, in terms of operative time, intraoperative blood loss, kyphosis correction, VAS score, ASIA grade and improve spinal cord injury, spinal fusion time, comparison of the two methods of surgical treatment lumbosacral spine statistically significant tuberculosis, provide clinical evidence for lumbosacral spinal surgery patients with different disease tuberculosis treatment surgical options and precautions when treating the disease. Methods:April 2009- January 2014 in our hospital 28 cases adult patients with lumbosacral tuberculosis were divided into two groups. A group implemented within the anterior debridement, bone fusion and anterior fixation; group B received posterior pedicle fixation surgery, bone grafting and anterior debridement surgery; both groups were recorded operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay and other indicators.Clinical evaluation including the American Spinal Injury Association(American Spinal Injury Association, ASIA) classification of spinal cord injury, lower back pain JOA score, preoperative and postoperative pain visual analogue scale(visual analogue scale, VAS),radiologic evaluation included involvement after lumbosacral region lobe correction and loss rates. Results:Both groups were followed up for 12 to 45 months, with an average 17.8 months, norecurrence was found, after 3 months ESR and CRP were restored to normal. All patients met the two bony fusion, fusion time is 4 to 7 months, an average of 6 months. 8 cases of postoperative nerve root compression symptoms disappear. Two procedures in terms of operative time, blood loss, hospital stay was no significant difference(P> 0.05), the clinical efficacy, ASIA classification of spinal cord injury, lower back pain JOA score and VAS score difference between the two groups before and after treatment statistically significant(P <0.05), no significant difference between groups. The two groups in the rate of kyphosis correction, correction loss rate, the anterior and the combination group was significantly better than the anterior group. Conclusions:Single anterior and anterior interbody fusion joint debridement surgery lumbosacral spinal tuberculosis has achieved satisfactory results. The use of combined anterior better than anterior group kyphosis correction and to avoid loss of correction terms.
