Objective: To study the effect of the Traditional Chinese Medicine on Type 2 Diabetes, build the management platform based on Qingdao area. For disease control and prevention, and Chinese traditional medicine health care, provide the database and support for studying epidemiology. Methods : Collected 1000 patients with type 2 diabetes at the age of 35 to 76 from October 2013 to September 2014 in Qingdao Shinan District. Then used blind test investigation survery method, through screening table, investigation, questionnaire and scale in the form to get 192 people who sifting not medication compliance as the research object. During the study, 57 people have Qi deficiency, accounted for 29.7%; 14 people have Yang deficiency, accounted for 7.3%; 70 people have yin deficiency, accounted for36.5%; 12 persons in Dampness t, accounted for 6.2%; 7 people have Hot and Humid, accounted for 3.6%; 8 people have blood stasis, accounted for 4.2%;(10.4%), 20 people have qi depression mass, accounted for 10.4%; 4 people have Special intrinsic constitution, accounted for 2.1%. It is obvious that Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency had high ratio. Then randomly divided 192 people into physical identification of traditional Chinese medicine intervention group(intervention group) and physical identification of traditional Chinese medicine intervention group(control group), operated the implementation period of 1 year of comprehensive intervention measures. Compared blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin before and after the intervention, and personal fitness bias condition, got the statistical analysis of the survey results and draw conclusions.Results:(1) After a period of 1 year of TCM constitution identification intervention, two groups of patients’ healthy condition improved obviously: gentle quality significant increase in the number; bias qualitative number decreased significantly. In the control group, compared the before and after results, the difference was statistically significant(chi-square = 20.8, P < 0.05); In the intervention group, compared with 1 year ago, also has a statistically significant difference(chi-square = 30.9, P < 0.05). However, compared two groups of patients, the effect of intervention group is stronger, and statistically significant difference between group(chi-square = 7.0, P < 0.05);(2) In the control group, compared the result of fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, the differences had no statistical significance(t value was 1.78 and 1.78, respectively, p values > 0.05); In the intervention group after intervention in 1 year, compared fasting blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, the differences were statistically significant(t value were2.32 and 2.32, p values < 0.05); But after 1 year, compared the results of two groups, intervention group, in reducing fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin of the role of even more significant, the difference between groups with statistical significance(t value were 3.0 and 3.0, p values < 0.05).Conclusion: The result revealed the difference of type 2 diabetic patients in Qingdao Shinan District. By using the TCM for diabetes health education and prevention of type 2diabetes provides a new way of thinking; The research for the construction of Qingdao area of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in type 2 diabetes management platform has the important value of epidemiology.
