Objective:1 、 To investigate the retina function for the healthy people and subclinical diabetic retinopathy patients by first order kernels(FOK) of multifocal electroretinogram(mf ERG), and analyze the difference among the two groups.2、To explore the relationship between the multifocal eletroretinogram(mf ERG)in diabetes mellitus of subclinical diabetic retinopathy with the level of Hb Al C,serum lipids, as well as the duration of DM,and to screen the related risk factors.Methods:The experimental group include 40 people who has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes patients(75 eyes) and 20 healthy people(30 eyes) as the control group. To record the first order kernels of 60 people(111 eyes) respectively by using RET scan 3.2 system made in Roland company(Germany), which were analyzed the changes of amplitude and implicit time of P1 and N1 by wave of ring 1-5 with circling the central visual field. For the experimental group need to test the level of Hb Al C,serum lipids.As to the statistic analysic, we use spss software, the difference is considered significant at P<0.05.Result:1、the empirical study observe the result compared with control group as bellow :P1 amplitude density is decreased notably in ring 1 to ring 5, P1 implicit time(IT) is delayed in ring 3 to ring 5.2、N1 amplitude density is decreased in ring 3 to ring 4, N1 implicit time(IT) is delayed in ring 5.3、the empirical group’s mf ERG amplitude density decrease had something to do with the level of Hb Al C,total cholesterol.Conclusion:1、Mf ERG is a sensitive method to evaluate the retinal function insubclinical diabetic retinopathy.2、Changes of the retinal function in subclinical diabetic retinopathy develop before the presence of diabetic retinopathy morphological changes.3 、 Hb Al C, total cholesterol were associated with the P1 amplitude density decrease, thus it can be seen that Hb Al C,serum lipids may be dangerous factors for the developing of diabetes retinal pathological chages.
