Objective:Through detecting the serum Annexin II concentration in patients of T2 DM with DN,T2 DM without DN and normal control, analysis the serum Annexin II protein levels in T2 DM and DN and its correlation analysis of the factors, and preliminarily investigate the correlation between serum Annexin II concentration and DN。 Methods:Serum Annexin II protein levels were determined by ELISA in 60 T2 DM patients of endocrinology [including 30 T2 DM patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN group)and 30 without diabetic nephropathy(T2DM group)] collected from the second affiliated hospital of Nanchang university, and another 30 healthy subjects of health examination enrolled as normal control(NC group)。 Results:1、The serum Annexin II protein levels in DN group[(205.25±10.76) ug·L-1] were lower than in T2 DM group[(230.46±8.65) ug·L-1,and were statistically significant(P<0.01)。They were all obviously higher than in NC group(178.14±11.74) ug·L-1,and were also statistically significant(P<0.01)。2、Relevant analysis:Serum Annexin II protein levels were obviously negative association with urinary albuminu / creatinine(r=-0.464,P<0.01),representing that the relatively increasing of urinary albuminu / creatinine in T2 DM was associated with the decreasing of serum Annexin II protein levels; Serum Annexin II protein levels were obviously negative association with LDL(r=-0.315,P<0.01) and HDL(r=-0.390,P<0.05);and positively associated with HbA1C(r=-0.476,P<0.01),FPG(r=-0.302,P<0.01),representing that the phenomenon that serum Annexin II protein levels were all significantly higher in Type 2 diabetes mellitus than in healthy subjects was associated with the state of high blood glucose and lipid metabolism disorder。3、Multiple linear logistic regression analysis demonstrated that the decrease of serum Annexin II concentration was independently associated with diabetic nephropathy。 Conclusion :1、The serum Annexin II protein levels increased in the early stage of Type 2 diabetes mellitus without diabetic nephropathy, and decreased with the development of diabetic nephropathy。2、The serum Annexin II protein levels were obviously negative association with urinary albuminu / creatinine ratio、LDL and HDL;and were positively associated with HbA1 C and FPG。3、The decrease of serum Annexin II concentration was an independent risk factor for diabetic nephropathy, representing the decrease of Annexin II concentration may participate in the development of diabetic nephropathy。...
