The two groups were no postoperative complications.Conclusion1.Unilateral Cage treatment of lumbar disc surgery less invasive, early rehabilitation can help reduce the cost of treatment. 2.Unilateral Cage early postoperative treatment of lumbar disc pain, long-term pain and improve bilateral Cage desirable effect. 3.Unilateral Cage treatment of early postoperative lumbar disc than physiological function improved bilateral Cage, long-term improvement of physiological functions and bilateral lumbar Cage is no different. 4.
