Objective: To study Qingmaiyin and its Decom Posed party rabbit atherosclerotic occlusive disease models of endothelial functionMethods: SPF male healthy New Zealand white rabbits as the research object, the establishment of atherosclerotic occlusive disease in animal models, 48 rabbits were randomly divided into the Quanfang group, model control group, the control group, Huoxue group, Ruanjian group, and Qingfa group. Each group of modeling resume normal diet after completion of modeling and corresponding drugs were harvested after 8 weeks. Nitrate reduction assay NO, measured changes in ET, TXB2,6-K-PGF1α levels radioimmunoassay.Results: The whole side group, level with the control group Ruanjian group, Huoxue group group and NO showed no statistically significant(P> 0.05), the level of NO and Qingfa group was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05), and Qingfa group Ruanjian group, Huoxue group, NO water the whole side group were significantly higher than the model group(P <0.05), NO levels were also higher than the Qingfa group Ruanjian group,huoxuegroup, the quanfang group(P <0.01), ET on level terms by Qingfa, ruanjian group, huoxuegroup, ET water the whole side model group were significantly higher than the control group(P <0.01), no significant difference between the control group. Qingfa group, no statistical significance between the ruanjiangroup, huoxue group, the quanfang group differences in each group. Qingfagroup, Ruanjian group, huoxue group, the whole party group TXB2 levels were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.01), no significant difference between the control group. Qingfa group, no statistical significance between the ruanjian group, huoxue group, the quanfang group differences in each group, on the level of 6-K-PGF1α in terms of quanfang group, ruanjian group, huoxuegroup, the level of 6-K-PGF1α There was no significant(P> 0.05), and Qing fagroup 6-K-PGF1α levels were significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05), and Qingfa group, Ruanjian group, huoxuegroup, the quanfang group compared with the control group 6-K-PGF1α levels were significantly higher than the model group(P <0.05), 6-K-PGF1α levels set clear law firm group was also higher than the ruanjian huoxue group, the quanfanggroup(P <0.01).Conclusion: Qingmaiyin and its Decom Posed can increase its decomposed rabbit model of arteriosclerosis obliterans in blood levels of NO, 6-K-PGF1α, reducing ET, TXB2 levels of vascular endothelial function has a protective effect, including demolition and Qing fa best, it provides a new choice for experimental and clinical studies the use of Chinese Qing fa Treatment ASO.
