Objective: To study the primary chemotherapy and two kinds of primary debulking surgery treatment in the evaluation of curative effect in the treatment of patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Methods: In June 2010 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed in December because of advanced ovarian cancer patients admitted to our hospital 60 cases, primary chemotherapy group and primary debulking surgery group 30 cases each, by comparing the preoperative general condition, solid tumor size before and after the treatment, the levels of CA125 and chest water situation, operation time, intraoperative bleeding, satisfaction to tumor loss, postoperative recovery time of aeration time, postoperative blood picture, etc.to evaluate the curative effect of two kinds of treatments. Results: To compare the treatment of the former two groups of patient’s age, solid tumor size, FIGO stage, pathological type, differentiation degree, there was no obvious statistical significance difference(P>0.05);primary chemotherapy group general conditions(ZPS score 0~1(80%) is better than primary debulking surgery group(ZPS score 0 ~ 1(36.67%),statistically significant difference(P < 0.05); Early chest water control(100.00%) chemotherapy group was obviously higher than that of primary debulking surgery group(58.62%), statistically significant difference(P < 0.05); primary debulking surgery group after chemotherapy CA125 levels(266.67 ± 910.11 U/ml)than CA125 level before chemotherapy(2425.21±1749.15 U/ml) significantly reduced, statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Primary chemotherapy group total effective rate(72.41%) were significantly higher than those before and after the treatment of primary debulking surgery treatment group(44.83%),statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Primary chemotherapy group operating time(1.68±0.51h) significantly shorter than the primary debulking surgery(2.43±0.75h), statistically significant difference(P<0.05); Early bleeding amount of primary chemotherapy(138.33 ± 83.09ml) significantly less than the primary debulking surgery group(235.00±140.90 ml), statistically significant difference(P <<0.05);Primary chemotherapy group decrease tumor surgery(66.67%) was significantly higher satisfaction with the first surgical group(33.33%), statistically significant difference(P <0.05);Early postoperative ventilation time chemotherapy group(2.73±0.98d) shorter than the primary debulking surgery group(3.30±1.06 d), the recovery time of primary debulking surgery blood picture(5.53±2.10) for longer than primary chemotherapy group(4.13±1.66 d), the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Early treatment of postoperative complications(10.00%), slightly higher than the previous chemotherapy group(6.67%), there was no obvious statistical significance difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Primary chemotherapy can effectively improve preoperative status of advanced ovarian cancer patients, increase the tolerance, which makes the satisfaction of patients with advanced ovarian cancer tumor cells to destroy the loss and to enhance the security, for patients with postoperative recovery.
