Expression Of ABCG2 In Wilms’ Tumor

Objective By observing the expression of ancer stem cell marker ATP binding cassette transporter protein G superfamily 2(ATP-binding cassette superfamily G member 2, ABCG2) in Wilms’ tumor,we understand the function of cancer stem cells in the incidence and metastasis of Wilms’ tumor.Methods The specimens from 30 Patients with Wilms’ tumor were Surgical resection and diagnose by Pathology,also including 30 normal kidney tissues.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of ABCG2 protein.Results ABCG2 protein was highly expressed in Wilms’ tumor organizations,was not expressed in adjacent tissue adjacent.Conclusion The expression of cancer stem cell markers ABCG2 was found in Wilms’ tumor...
