| Objective To evaluate the reliability of 7.0T magnetic resonance imaging technology using diffusion tensor tractography under the guide of BOLD-f MRI in the imaging of motor tracts invaded by gliomas. Methods 19 SD rats C6 glioma animal model were scanned by routine T2WIã€DTIã€BOLD sequence at the tenth day after inoculation. To calculate the FA value, ADC value, fiber density for t test between the tumor and contralateral normal region(P<0.05).The scanning data were processed, tracing image reconstruction under the guidance of BOLD-f MRI diffusion tensor imaging to investigate the relationship among the tumor, motor cortex activation area and the motor tracts.Result The 19 SD rats C6 glioma animal model all confirmed the presence of tumor. The averager FA value, ADC value, fiber density between the center of tumor and normal were(0.498 + 0.104) and(0.698 + 0.061),(0.00125 + 0.00047) and(0.00070 + 0.00010),(947.47 + 497.86) and(5324.53 + 1076.62). The results difference between the tumor and contralateral normal region were significant difference(P<0.05). Combining the BOLD-f MRI technology and diffusion tensor tractography can display the three-dimensional space position relations of tumor, the cerebral cortex function area and the motor tractsConclusions Combining the BOLD-f MRI technology and diffusion tensor tractography can display the motor tracts inextenso, shape and the spatial position with the tumor clearly. And measuring the FA value, ADC value and fiber density between the tumor area and contralateral normal region can provide a useful basis for scientific research and clinical work. It has important reference value for the maximum tumor resection, the protection of the brain function and the preoperative plan in clinical. |
