Objective By detecting the level of serum CK18-M30 in patients with chronic hepatitis b and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and exploring whether it can be used as a serum marker reflecting the inflammation of the liver, fatty degeneration of the liver and fibrosis. Methods Selecting infectious outpatient and inpatient total of 150 cases in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital in September 2013-July 2014.Among them, 50 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis b(HB group), 50 cases of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver(fatty liver group),50 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis b and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(the merged group). Select 30 cases of healthy people over the same period, as a control group. To detect the levels of serum CK18-M30 in each group by ELISA method, and to test the serum markers in all groups of patients with ALTã€FPGã€TGã€TCã€HAã€Pâ…¢NPã€â…£Cã€LNã€HBV-DNAã€HBs Agã€HBs Abã€HBc Abã€HBe Agã€HBe Ab etc(except for the control group), to statistical analysis of testing results.Results(1) The level of CK18-M30 can be measured in the sera of patients with h ealthy control group, hepatitis b group, fatty liver group and the merged group, compariso n between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05);(2) Hepatitis b groups w ere compared with the merged groups, there were significant differences in the ALTã€F PGã€TGã€TCã€HAã€Pâ…¢NPã€â…£Cã€LN.(The values of Z are-2.554,-4.702,-8.268,-5.998,-7.928,-3.458,-4.658,-7.908,P<0.05), the difference of lg(HBV-DNA) was no statistical significance(The value of Z is-0.923,P>0.05);(3) The level of serum CK18-M30 andALTã€HAã€lg(HBV-DNA)are relevant in HB group by pearson correlation analysis.(The values of Z are 0.868,0.717,0.592,P<0.05),The level of serum CK18-M30 and AL Tã€TGã€HA are relevant in fatty liver group(The values of Z are 0.972,0.459,0.769,P<0.05); The level of serum CK18-M30 and ALTã€HA are relevant in the merged group(The values of Z are 0.723,0.667,P<0.05).Conclusion(1) The level of serum CK18-M30 can be considered as one of serum markers in reflecting the liver inflammation and fibrosis in the patients with chronic hepatitis b and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.(2)The patients of chronic hepatitis b as a basis merged with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, the presence of steatosis may promote the progression of the liver. |
