With the improvement of the modern life, high fat food covered more and more common in modern people’s life, hyperlipidemia, Atherosclerosis(AS), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are more and more widely, the prevention and treatment of critical long-term diet caused by exogenous hyperlipidemia. Through the experiments of eupolyphaga lyophilized powder for prevention and treatment of exogenous hyperlipidemia rabbits, from the molecular level to explore the influence of woodlouse frozen powder on SR-BI gene expression in liver weight.Woodlouse is the traditional Chinese herbal medicine blindly, according to the ancient medical books recorded, woodlouse has the efficacy of clearing and activating the channels and collaterals, blood stasis, detumescence of broken blood product etc. Modern pharmacological research show that, woodlouse can regulate blood lipid, antioxidation, antitumor effect such asthe gain, simple, rich nutrition, now a lot of people will be cooked food, to prevent disease.In this experiment, eupolyphaga lyophilized powder formed on long term high fat diet exogenous hyperlipidemia prevention and treatment effect through the woodlouse, from changes in expression levels of physiological index and related genes, molecular mechanism to explore the woodlouse freeze-dried powder in regulating blood lipid. The experiment was divided into two parts: 1) prevention trial, selects 150 IRA rabbit, divided into control group(common forage), high dosage group(high fat diet +0.45g/kg eupolyphaga lyophilized powder), medium dose group(high fat diet +0.30g/kg eupolyphaga lyophilized powder), low dose group(high fat diet +0.15g/kg eupolyphaga lyophilized powder), model group(high fat diet). Each 10 ds random 3 rabbits, heart blood and liver tissue for slaughter, determination of serum and gene expression measurement. 2) treatment trials, selects 150 IRA rabbits, divided into control group(common forage), model group(high fat diet). After modeling, model group were divided into high dosage group(common forage +0.45g/kg eupolyphaga lyophilized powder), medium dose group(common forage +0.30g/kg eupolyphaga lyophilized powder), low dose group(common forage +0.15g/kg eupolyphaga lyophilized powder), model group(common forage)per 10 d random 3 rabbits, heart blood and liver tissues, slaughter, for the determination of serum and gene expression measurement. The test results show that :1) During the trial, Prevention group each dose group had a role in suppressing liver enlargement, including the effect of high dose group(high fat diet +0.45g/kg eupolyphaga lyophilized powder) is the best. In the course of treatment, have each dose group improved swelling of the liver function, high dose group(common forage +0.45g/kg eupolyphaga lyophilized powder) the best effect.2) At the end of the experiment, in preventive test, increasing of the content of serum high density lipoprotein, low dose group(high fat diet +0.15g/kg eupolyphaga lyophilized powder) increased the most obvious. Treatment trials, the content of high density lipoprotein in serum also increased, low dose group(common forage +0.15g/kgeupolyphaga lyophilized powder) had the best effect.3) The end of the experiment of prevent, each dose group of SR-BI gene expression were significantly(P<0.05) lower than the blank group, model group, low dose group, the onset time for the 20 d, the high dose group and middle dose group the onset time for the 30 d.4) At the end of the experiment of treatment, each dose group were significantly(P<0.05) lower than the blank group, model group, low dose group significantly(P<0.05) lower than that in high dose group. Explain the eupolyphaga lyophilized powder can regulate the expression of SR-BI gene, regulating blood lipid level, which is suitable for the dose of low dose group(common forage +0.15g/kg eupolyphaga lyophilized powder).Conclusion: The eupolyphaga lyophilized powder can be expressed through adjustment of the amount of SR-BI in liver gene, content of serum HDL regulation, thereby regulating blood fat, has the effects of prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia in the low dose group, with better effect.
