This paper prepared the mesoporous silica powder loaded taxifolin in this experiment, Firstly, the synthesis of mesoporous silica powder by sol-gel method, loading of taxifolin, surface modification, prepared the mesoporous silica powder loaded taxifolin,after the powder 100 mg into 1mL glycerol mixed,join the 3g matrix cream obtained the taxifolin-containing cream by evenly distribution.observe the stability of corruption, cosmetic change that taxifolin mesoporous powder capsule is better than taxifolin powder, all can reduce the deteriorateion of cosmetics. Mesoporous silica powder loading taxifolin powder can improve the stability of taxifolin.This paper studied on the anti-inflammatory activity of taxifolin, mice were divided into six groups, 12 rats in each group, half male and half female, the concentration of taxifolin were divided in taxifolin high dose group(500mg/kg), taxifolin low dose group(250mg/kg), taxifolin mesoporous powder capsule group(250mg/kg),model control group, normal control group and positive control group(Pi Yan Ping). high and low dose group, positive control group and model group mice, use xylene-induced ear edema in mice method, anti-inflammatory effect was observed, the results show that the swelling inhibition rate in high dose group 52%, low dose group 72%,taxifolin mesoporous powder capsule group74%, positive control group 59%,low dose group and taxifolin mesoporous powder capsule group of swelling inhibition rate is superior to that of positive control group, shows taxifolin has significant anti-inflammatory activity.This paper also studied on the anti-allergic activity of taxifolin,mice were divided into six groups, 12 rats in each group, half male and half female, the concentration of taxifolin were divided in taxifolin high dose group(500mg/kg), taxifolin low dose group(250mg/kg), taxifolin mesoporous powder capsule group(250mg/kg),model control group, normal control group and positive control group(Pi Yan Ping). Use 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB) in mice induced delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH),to observe the anti-allergic effect. Experimental results show that the taxifolin can induced inmouse skin DTH to induced ear swelling effect by DNCB, can make it back to normal level. Compared with the normal control group and the drug groupspleen index and thymus index, there was no significant difference, that taxifolin on immune system has no adverse effect. Explanation of the taxifolin has anti-allergic effects.This paper also studied on the relieving itching activity of taxifolin,mice were divided into six groups, 12 rats in each group, half male and half female, the concentration of taxifolin were divided in taxifolin high dose group(500mg/kg), taxifolin low dose group(250mg/kg), taxifolin mesoporous powder capsule group(250mg/kg),model control group, normal control group and positive control group(Pi Yan Ping). Use4-Aminopyridine(4-AP) mice induced allergic skin itching, itching to observe its effect,Results: the number of licking of taxifolin high, low dose group at 10 minits respectively were 27 times, 30 times, taxifolin mesoporous powder capsule group were 28 times, model control group 35 times,compared with the model group, the difference was significant, shows taxifolin has relieving itching activity.This research finally experiments were conducted in vitro effects of taxifolin on Compound48/80 stimulated histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells. mast cells from SD rat, then the divided the groups, the release histamine of each group tested by ELISA kit, obtained the experimental results: the complete release of histamine group release rate is 100%, then the calculated natural release histamine group histamine release percentage was 8.4%, while the Compound48/80 alone stimulus histamine release 62%, between the two groups was significant, which shows the model of success. In vitro treatment give taxifolin of 0.5、2.5 and 5mmol/L dose can significantly inhibited Compound48/80 stimulated rat peritoneal mast cell histamine release, the inhibition rates were 5%, 12%, 18%, compared with the model group with significant difference. This experiment mainly investigate the influence of taxifolin on Compound48/80 stimulated histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells, a preliminary discussion on the mechanism of anti-allergic reaction of taxifolin.
