In this paper the fancy carp was choosed as subjects to study the influence of Zn O and Ti O2 nanoparticles on the expression of Superoxide dismutase(SOD) Isozymes in various tissues of fancy carp by means of Polypropylene-amide erect-board electrophoresis and the morphology observation.The conclusion was as followed:(1) Gel electrophoresis results showed that the SOD was a two dimer enzyme according to the mobility of divided into m SOD and s SOD.Fancy carp tissues of SOD were extracted four enzyme bands.SOD in different tissues showed the changes of the numbers of enzyme bands and expression, the six tissues all expressed a main enzyme band m SOD2, enzyme band group differences in color depth and thickness, and the liver, kidney, gill had expressed another band m SOD1, muscle tissue expressed other two features bands s SOD1 and s SOD2.Fancy carp SOD isozyme expressed in each organ tissue specificity was obvious.(2) Zn O nanoparticles concentration, particle size influenced the SOD expression of fancy carp’s six tissues. The expression of SOD enzyme bands in tissues were obvious changes in numbers and activities, SOD activities presented a high concentration reduces expression but low concentrations induced expression, when the concentration of Zn O nanoparticles reached 30 to 60 mg/L, each group got the highest activities of SOD, high concentration expression reduced, in addition to the brain tissue of 150 mg/L expression amount was lower than the control group, high concentration of inhibition of expression;Mainly the smaller the particle size was, the more obvious particle size effect stres effect.The enzyme activities changed with each tissues, even appeared again and again.Presented the obvious dose-effect relationship and particle size-effect relationship.(3) Concentration and particle size of Ti O2 nanoparticles to fancy carp of six tissues of SOD expression existed oxidative stress effect, respectively.Same size of nanoparticles treatment, concentration dose effect presented a high concentration reduces expression and even some less to control group but low concentrations induces expression.Particle size effect shown that the smaller particle size of nanometer Ti O2 particles were the more toxic effected, minimal 10 nm size difference obvious, and brain tissue of fancy carp had affected the amount of enzyme band express, showed that the smaller particle size can crossed the blood-brain barrier damaged brain tissue.fancy carp kidney tissue was sensitived to Ti O2 particles, expressed quantity increased, quantity expression and repeated,obvioued phenomenon of oxidative stress.(4)On morphology, could directly observed that Zn O and Ti O2 nanoparticles had damaged on the fancy carp.Short time, the fancy carp scales of whole body were erect,gotblack body, When the fancy carp in nanometer Zn O particles suspension lived for a month, could appear the phenomenon of death, the survived fancy carp, showed the body scales, edema, congestion, prominent eyes, slow and dull. The anatomical observation of fancy carp in Ti O2 nanoparticles suspension processing,could show that the gills condensed in together, affected the fancy carp breathing. damaged the whole process of metabolism, led to the death of fancy carp.
