| Objective: To study the value of UE quantitative analysis technology for further differential diagnosis the BI-RADS 3,4and5 lesion benign and malignant breast neoplasms.Finding out the critical value of UE quantitative analysis parameter to diagnose the benign and malignant of breast neoplasms.To discuss the relationship between the UE parameter with the expressions of tumor immune factors ERã€PRã€HER2.Methods: Using the GE LOGIQ E9 ultrasonic machine to exam a total of 97 patients with breast neoplasms.Firstly,they were accepted routine two dimensions ultrasound examination and color doppler flow imaging examination,and Record the 3ã€4ã€5 lesion `s data based on the classification criteria for the diagnosis of BI-RADS,then saved pictures.Secondly,entering the UE pattern to rate the lesions hardness and test EIã€EIR and EID of lesions. Regard the pathologic result as gold standard, respectively compared ultrasonic characteristics 〠BI-RADS classification 〠EI 〠EIR 〠EID with results of pathological examination,then build ROC to figure out the the critical value of EIã€EIRã€EID to diagnose the benign and malignant of breast neoplasms, then compared EIã€EIRã€EID with 3ã€4ã€5class respectively.contrast malignant Sonographic features with the expressions of ERã€PRã€HER2,and do the Pearson correlation analysis using EIã€EIRã€EID and expressions of ERã€PRã€HER2.Results: In 97 cases of patients, were found in 101 masses, 52 of them less than 2.0cm in diameter and the 49 diameter was larger than 2.0cm; BI-RADS 3, 4, 5 types of mass number respectively was 44, 43, 14; there were 60 benign tumors and 41 malignant tumors. â‘ The size of tumors and benign and malignant had no association(P>0.05);â‘¡Ultrasonographic features: irregular shape, the aspect ratio is more than or equal to 1, the edge angle, burr, calcification, posterior acoustic attenuation, the surrounding structuredistortion in the diagnosis of breast cancer had statistical significance(P<0.05);â‘¢The Youden index, EI, EIR, EID to judge breast neoplasm, were: 0.69, 0.84, 0.85, diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors of the critical point are respectively 3.4, 3.4 and 2.3; â‘£EI, EIR, EID to determine the accuracy of benign and malignant breast masses were higher than those of BI-RADS classification( P < 0.05); ⑤ There were statistical significance by EI, EIR, EID for further identification diagnosed with 3, 4 types of mass(P<0.05);â‘¥Ultrasonographic features shown that ER positive expression rate with burr sign was higher than that of no burr; PR positive expression rate with calcification was higher than those without calcification; HER2 positive expression rate of 2 ~ 3 level of blood flow signals is higher than those of 0 ~ 1 levels; ⑦There was a positive correlation between EI and the positive expression of ER, PR; EIR and the positive expression of ER, PR also had a positive correlation, EIR and the expression of HER2 had a negative correlation; a positive correlation between EID and the expression of ER,PR were there, were statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) The critical value of EIã€EIRã€EID to diagnose the benign and malignant of breast neoplasms is 3.4ã€3.4ã€2.3.(2) It is suggested that UE quantitative analysis parameter is helpful to differential diagnose the benign and malignant of breast neoplasms(3) Burr syndromeã€calcificationã€Rich blood supplyã€EIã€EIRã€EID were related with the expressions of ERã€PRã€HER2. |
