Objective : By means of anesthesia in rats with acute hypoxia hemodynamic observations, when further understand the occurrence and development of the plateau pulmonary edema, effective guidance for clinical prevention and treatment in patients with pulmonary edema on the plateau. Methods:All experiments were in thoracic anesthesia rats on, calibrate the pressure sensor after the rats were placed in the left atrium horizontal position, the real-time dynamic monitoring rat’s mean arterial pressure, pulmonary artery pressure, left arterial pressure, center vein pressure, airway pressure, ascending aorta blood flow. Powerlab system can though pulse cycle of arterial blood pressure to measurement heart rate, at the same time it can record indexes change and samply frequency for 40 Hz. Normoxic groups consist of control group, atenolol group, ICI118,551 group and adrenal resection group, after the indexes stability tracing 5 minutes. And hypoxic groups includes hypoxic control group, hypoxic atenolol group, hypoxic ICI118,551 group and hypoxic adrenal group, same as normoxic groups each indexes tracing 5 minutes. Results: Under the condition of low oxygen, the MAP, PAP, HR were obviously different in hypoxic groups. Under normoxia atenolol group and ICI118,551 group of HR decreased obviously, and atenolol group of MAP decreased. But there is no obvious change between control group and adrenalectomy group in normal oxygen. In contrast, in the process of acute hypoxia, MAP, TPR, PAP and PVR of adrenalectomy group was significantly greater. Compared with control group, hypoxia stimulation may cause MAP, HR, ABF, TPR and PAP changes. Conclusions: Acute hypoxia can make TPR of the rats decrease and adrenalectomy will cause the TPR of the rats further decrease and PVR increase. It shows that in acute hypoxia process, endogenous adrenaline secreted by the adrenal inhibited the increase of pulmonary artery pressure in a certain extent, may be a protection mechanism of hypoxic pulmonary edema.
