Objective:Exploring the value of Hb A1 c of different altitudes in Qinghaiand, comparing it with the plain and investigating the effect of high altitude on Hb A1 c, to provide the evidence of application of value Hb A1 c of Qinghai province 。Method:Selected 30 Healthy cases in Heze(50metres)and the same number cases in Xining(2260metres), 27 Healthy cases in Delingha(3000metres) respectively,The selected objects are non-diabetic adults, test their fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose 2h,and the Hb A1c、 Hb 、GHb。Results :Compared with the plain area(Heze) and Xining, there are a significant difference in the value of Hb A1 c and Hb in Delingha(P<0.05),it also present that with the HB increased, the Hb Alc in plain area、 Xining and Delingha increased at the same time;Take Hb Alc as independent variables, we find that perhaps Hb、 FPG have an effect on Hb A1 c.Conclusion:In different altitude, perhaps the Hb and FPG are the main cases that affect the plasma Hb A1 c level of normal bodies.
