Objective: Discussion 3.0T MR value before preoperative staging of CRC Methods:In March 2014- were collected between March 2015 in Green large Affiliated treatment and after colorectal biopsy diagnosed 40 patients with colorectal cancer. All patients were using Philips 3.0tx superconducting MRI scanner routine MR, dynamic enhanced scan and DWIBS, found irregularities CRC degree and transfer measurement scan sequence(0 and 800 S / mm2 B value) ADC value and size of the lesion; contrast pathological staging, CRC before assessing preoperative staging, analysis and correlation with the Kappa test values between the evaluation. Results: MRI scans for patients with colorectal cancer completed 40 cases, in addition to enhanced no enhancement in 1 case, more than 39 lesions enhanced(hierarchical reinforcement 5 cases, 34 individual occur irregular enhancement); 30 patients surgered,, MR T and N-staging diagnosis compliance rates were 83.3%(24/30) and 76.7%(23/30), kappa test results show the degree of consistency between the two relatively strong. And walls distal relatively normal, colorectal cancer decreased ADC values(P <0.001); lymph node metastasis than normal ADC values decreased(P <0.001). Conclusions: 3.0T MRI can accurately display the CRC site, Invasion and metastasis staging surrounding structures, preoperative diagnosis of colorectal cancer and the depth is very important.
