Objective:Using retrospectively study to analysis the patients with Hepatic Hemangioma in 14 hospital, northern Xinjiang medical,to understand the current status of Hepatic hemangioma treatment, and analysis the situation of Hepatic hemangioma medical intervention, which could provides certain help for the health service for residents in Xinjiang area. At the same time, to provide new research ideas for further clinical studies exploring the Hepatic hemangioma treatment intervention conditions, intervention time and means of intervention. Methods: Retrospective analysis the patients from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2013 for the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma and hospitalized cases, which come from 14 hospitals, including the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Shihezi University, Urumqi, Lanzhou military region General Hospital,General hospital of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps,, Kuitun hospital of Xinjiang Yili, The hospital of injiang Production and Construction Corps. Agriculture Fourth Division.,The hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Agriculture Fifth Division.,The hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Agriculture Tenth Division.,Xinjiang production and Construction Corps Beitun hospital, Hami Red Star Hospital,Altay region people’s hospital, The hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Agriculture Ninth Division, People’s Hospital of Shihezi city(he hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Agriculture Eighth Division), People’s Hospital of Wusu city, People’s Hospital of Shawan County, Through the way of questionnaire survey to systemly and unified comprehensively collect all kind of information of the patients with Hepatic Hemangioma, including basic information about patients(age, gender, nationality, education, health care, economic condition, family history), diagnosis related information(diagnosis mechanism, diagnosis method, liver hemangioma size, position, shape, therapy related information(treatment) methods, prognosis, etc.) and by way of a questionnaire survey to understand the medical staff and patients cognition level on diagnosis and treatment of hepatic hemangioma. Results: 415 hepatic hemangioma patients were enrolled in this study, 159 cases were males(38.31%), 256 cases were female(61.69%), the ratio of male to female was 1: 1.61. Patients with hepatic hemangioma in 41 ~ 60 years interval has the highest proportion(286 cases, 68.92%); The characteristics of occupation distribution:workers: 98 cases(23.61%), agricultural workers engaged in agriculture work: 82 cases(19.76%), retired personnel :53 cases(12.77%), the proportion is larger, and which account for the major part; The constituent ratio of hepatic hemangioma patients from 2011 to 2013 were 28.92%(120 cases), 30.36%(146 cases), 35.9%(149 cases), the number of patients admitted every year has no obvious increaseing trend. In this 415 patients’ study, 352 patients(84.82%) were Han nationality, 63 cases(16.18%) were minority patients; in this study, the location of the tumor :207 cases(49.8%) tumor located right lobe of the liver, which is the most common, and the Location distribution of hepatichemangioma patients with different gender is different( 2=124.002,P=0,P<0.05); The largest diameter of tumor located between 1 and 30 cm, average is 9.06 ±4.02 cm, Tumor size wae not associated with the sex of the patient(P<0.05). 226 cases(54.46%) were Single disease, 189 cases were multiple cases(45.54%). The Number of tumors, Single or multiple lesions, has no significant difference in gender distribution(P>0.05),which suggests that the gender is not the influence factors of the number of hepatic hemangioma. The course of disease in the group of patients was 3 months to 12 years, the mean is20.1 ± 6.2 months; 286 cases(68.02%) didn’t feel any clinical symptoms and signs, with the diameter increase-ed,the risk of patients with symptoms and signs is increased(P<0.05). The postoperative pathology-ical of 126 cases with operation resection in patients : 121 cases were cavernous hemangioma(96.03%), 5 cases were hepatic sclerosing hemangioma(3.97%), The most common means of intervention were tumor resection( 110 cases,26.51%)and transcathcter artcrial embolization(90cases,21.69%);Means of intervention choices are affected by the tumor location, size, quantity, symptoms and signs, patient age, gender, medical institutions(P<0.05). 262 cases(63.13%) underwented intervention therapy, 140 cases(53.44%)accord with one or more indications of intervention treatment, 122 cases(46.56%) didn’t accord with any indications of intervention treatment, which belongs to the excessive intervention treatment.. The extent of the excessive intervention in secondary hospitals is more serious than what in tertiary hospital。The medical staff of tertiary hospital learn more about the knowledge of hepatic hemangioma than the medical staff of secondary hospital.Conclusion:1.The distribution of Patients with hepatic hemangioma in the northern region of Xin Jiang has such characters as different sex, age, occupation, nationality, culture etc. hepatic hemangioma size, location, number, symptoms and signs have certain characteristic; 2. The hepatic hemangioma intervention methods are varied,The most common means of intervention were tumor resection and transcathcter artcrial embolization;Means of intervention choices are affected by the tumor location, size, quantity, symptoms and signs, patient age, gender, medical institutions.3. Excessive intervention of hepatic hemangioma does exist.,.in the northern region of Xin Jiang, the reason may be related to the insufficient of patients’ inadequate health consciousness, promotion of economic interests,he lack of understanding of the disease,atc.4. The medical staff of tertiary hospital learn more about the knowledge of hepatic hemangioma than the medical staff of secondary hospital.
