Objective: To study the expressions of ER,HER-2,P53 and Ki67 in invasive ductal breast carcinoma,and to investigate its different clinical pathology features in aspects such as age,tumor size,histologic grade,clinical stage and lymph node status. At the same time,to research the differences of P53 and Ki67 expressed in five Molecular Classifications of ductal breast cancer.Methods: 213 primary breast cancer samples were collected from Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2012 to December 2014. They had not accepted chemotherapy, radition therapy, endocrine therapy and targeted therapy at preoperation.They had all received modified radical mastectomy and were diagnosed with ductal breast cancer. The expressions of ER,PR,P53 and Ki67 in the cancer tissues were detected by Elivsion two-step immunohistochemistry method. Then, Collecting and analyzing data by Chi-square,Kruskal-wallis and Mann-whitney of statistical software SPSS.19.Results: 1、The positive rate of HER-2 in 213 breast cancer samples was 19.7%.Its expression and tumor size, histologic grade,clinical stage exists statistically significant difference(P<0.05), while was not signifycantly associated with age and lymph node status(P> 0.05); 2 、 The expressional rate of ER in 213 breast cancer samples was 72.3%.Its expression and histologic grade,clinical stage were positively correlated(P<0.001、P<0.05),while had no significant relationship withage,tumor size and lymph node status(P> 0.05) 3、The positive rate of P53 in 213 breast cancer samples was 73.2%.Its expression and histologic grade, clinical stage exist statistically significant difference(P<0.05), while was not significantly related with age,tumor size and lymph node status(P> 0.05)。 4、The positive rate of Ki67 in 213 breast cancer samples was 88.3%.Its expression and tumor size,histologic grade,and lymph node status exists statistically significant difference(P<0.05), while had no significant relationship with age and clinical stage(P> 0.05). 5、The differences of P53、Ki67 in five Molecular classifications of ductal breast cancer were statistically significant(P<0.001). 6、The expression of P53:Her-2 over-expression subtype>Luminal B subtype(HER-2 over-expression)>Luminal A subtype.Basal-like subtype>Luminal B subtype(HER-2 over-expression)>Luminal A subtype.There were no significant relationship among Luminal B subtype(Her-2 unexpression)、Her-2 over-expression subtype and Basal-like subtype。 7、The expression of P53:Her-2 over-expression subtype>Luminal B subtype(HER-2 over-expression)>Luminal A subtype。Basal-like subtype>Luminal B subtype( HER-2 over-expression) >Luminal A subtype. Luminal B subtype( Her-2 unexpression) > Luminal B subtype( HER-2 over-expression).There were no significant relationship among Luminal B subtype(Her-2 unexpression)、Her-2 over-expression subtype and Basal-like subtype.Conclusions: 1、The positive rate of HER-2 was correlated with tumor size, histologic grade,clinical stage and rose up with the increases of histologic grade,clinical stage。The positive rate of ER expression was correlated with histologic grade,clinical stage and decreased with the increases ofthem. The positive rate of P53 was correlated with histologic types,clinical stage and elevated with the increase of them The positive rate of Ki67 was had significantly related with tumor size, histologic grade, lymph node status and rose up with the increases of them. 2 、 The differences of P53 、 Ki67 expression in five Molecular classifications of invasive ductal breast cancer were statistically significant.The expressional rates of Ki67、P53 in Her-2 over-expression and Basal-like subtype of invasive ductal breast carcinoma were higher than those in Luminal subtype。The higner rate indicated the higher malignancy and lower prognosis and they can be used as guidance of breast cancer treatment, and evaluation of prognosis。...
