Obiective: This experiment is mainly qualitative and quantitative detection SPAG9、Livin two factors in uterine fibroids(uterine Leiomyoma UL) type, uterine Leiomyoma(cellular Leiomyoma CL), uterine leiomyosarcoma leiomyosarcoma(LMS) expression in the situation, to understand the two factors in different types of smooth muscle tumors in the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical case study of the role of, with the patients of the disease to provide the most effective the most economical treatment method and prognosis for guidance.Methods: From UL group 30 cases, CL group 30 cases, 10 cases of LMS group, adopt the method of immunohistochemical analysis and detection of two kinds of factor expression in three different organizations, and in a different color to distinguish, it express count under the microscope, the result of the final conclusion.Results:(1)SPAG9 positive reaction mainly exist in the cytoplasm, for tan particles. SPAG9 in 30 cases of normal uterine fibroids no positive expression in 0 cases(0%), the positive expression in 30 cases of type and leiomyoma of uterus for 25 cases(83.3%), the positive rate were 100% in 10 cases of uterine leiomyosarcoma. Three groups of expression rate comparison(Χ2=53.33, P<0.001), UL and CL groups are statistically significant(Χ2=42.857, P<0.001), UL and LMS groups are statistically significant(Χ2=38.844, P<0.001), CL and LMS group is no statistical differences(Χ2=0.686,P=0.686). SPAG9 in CL, LMS group comparison between moderate positive rate was statistically difference(Χ2=4.126, P=4.126). Comparison between strong positive rate was statistically difference(Χ2=10.978, P=0.001).(2) Livin positive reaction are also present in the cytoplasm, also for tan particles. Livin in uterine fibroids, positive rate was 70.0%(21/30), in the womb in type of leiomyoma of the positive rate was 90.0%(27/30), uterine leiomyosarcoma in the positive expression rate was 100%(10/10). And three sets of results between statistically significant(Χ2=6.638, P=6.638), UL and CL groups are statistically significant(Χ2= 3.750, P=3.750), UL and LMS groups are statistically significant(Χ2=2.342, P=2.342), CL and LMS group is no statistical differences(Χ2=0.120, P =0.120).(3) Two kinds of factors in three different tumor specimens, the tumor size is no statistical significance(P>0.05), and in the LMS group, comparison between different fission like no statistical significance(P=0.40).(4)To express the correlation analysis of two factors: ① in the CL group, two kinds of factor to the positive expression of spearman correlation coefficient r=0.258, p=0.742, according to the α=0.05 level, the two irrelevant; ② in the UL group, spearman correlation coefficient r=0.316,P=0.684, according to the α= 0.05 level, the two irrelevant; ③ in the LMS group, spearman correlation coefficient r=0.949, P=0.51, according to the α=0.05, the two are not relevant.Conclusions:(1)SPAG9 as a tumor marker factor has high expression in the tissue leiomyosarcoma, its strong positive expression significantly higher amount of uterineflesh tumour tissue cell sex, no expression in benign uterine leiomyoma tissues, prompt SPAG9 can be as a kind of identification of normal and abound the factor of uterine flesh tumour type, guide the determination of clinical treatment indirectly predict the prognosis of patients.(2)Livin in benign uterine fibroids, rich in cells of uterine leiomyoma, leiomyosarcoma expression showed a trend of increasing in the organization, and the expression of Livin increases with the increase of uterine smooth muscle tumor malignant degree, that is rich in cells of uterine fibroids is probably somewhere in between a tumor, which can be Livin for assessment of patients with uterine tumor an indicator of prognosis after the operation condition of the patients with intervention guidance.(3)SPAG9 and Livin in tumor and no correlation between the expression mechanism.
