Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of TVS, 3D-SIS and HS in patients with endometrial polyps of uterus. Methods:80 cases patients of clinically suspected endometrial polyps, were randomly divided into 2 groups, respectively 2D-TVS and 3D-SIS, all patients underwent hysteroscopy, and obtain the results of pathological examination. Using SPSS13.0 statistical software, Kappa test was used to the consistency of two methods of examination results and pathological results, accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value to describe the ability of two kinds of examination method in the diagnosis of uterine endometrial polyps, two methods of detection rate was compared with chi square test facility, and the differences of the four an index of t test and Wilcoxon rank sum test of 2D-TVS group and 3D-SIS group in age, gravidity, parity and age at menarche and analyze the differences between groups. Results:By TVS diagnostic of endometrial polyps accuracy was 62.50%, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value were 75.00%, 33.33%, 75%, 33.33%;By 3D-SIS diagnostic of endometrial polyps accuracy was 90.00%, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value were 93.33%, 80.00%, 93.33%, 80.00%; By HS diagnostic of endometrial polyps accuracy was 96.15%, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value were 96.15%, 92.86%, 95.00%, 92.86%. To discuss the results of TVS and HS show that: there were poor uniform for endometrial polyp by TVS, HS and pathologic examination, the diagnosis rate was the lowest. Compared with HS, there was no significant difference in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps between the two(P > 0.05). 3D-SIS, HS and the pathological diagnosis is good uniform. Conclusions:①The accuracy rate of 3D-SIS is slightly lower than HS in diagnosing endometrial polyps, but significantly higher than that of TVS.②3D-SIS also can provide much more detailed information,which can help clinical doctors choose the appropriate processing method, operation method and the operation range, that has the certain application value in clinical practice.③3D-SIS is noninvasive, not be in hospital, good patient compliance, provides an alternative and effective diagnosis method for endometrial polyps.
