Objective:To observe the changes of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells(Treg cells)in peripheral blood of patients with terminal lung cancer,in order to reveal their role and clinical significance in lung cancer. Methods:The flow cytometry was used to evaluate the level of CD4+CD25+in peripheral blood of 43 terminal lung cancer patients who were newly diagnosed by Autoimmune cells therapy and chemotherapy. And all patients were compared before and after therapy. Conclusions:Somatic cell immune therapy can improve the body,s immune inhibition in patients with tumor, promote the body,s immune to maintain the normal state of equilibrium.Somatic cell immunotherapy relatively less pure chemotherapy adverse reactions, high safety. Two groups of patients were line 1 period of treatment, after treatment curative effect evaluation of visible pure chemotherapy group has certain advantages, but the long-term therapeutic effect still needs further observation.
