| Objective:To calculate the showing of Factor Ⅷ related antigen and VEGF in nasal inverted papilloma, to explore the relation with FⅧ and VEGF, and the influence of both on SNIP development, recurrence.Method:Detection the expression of FⅧ and VEGF in in nasal inverted papilloma and the normal nasal mucosa specimens using immunohistochemistry method, count the microvessel density of tumors by FⅧ,then regular follow-up statistics of the recurrent cases. Using statistical analysis technique analyze the results of their expression. The regression analysis of its relations with the age, gender, tumor body origin, pathological grading, the factor VIII related antigen and VEGF.Result:Expression of nasal inverted papilloma or normal nasal mucosa of the FⅧ increased with the pathological grade, is 19.21±90, 32.44±9.33. VEGF in SNIP samples with low showing or no showing. Between the FⅧ and VEGF by pearson correlation analysis,there is not have points. Age, gender, tumor origin, pathological grading, and VEGF are not association with recurrence, but Each additional FVIII a grade, the recurrence also increased.Conclusion:there is significance of expression of factor VIII in nasal inverted papilloma, and could play a vital role in the evolution of nasal inverted papilloma, recurrence, the showning level on the recurrence and prognosis will have a conducting significance, and it may be a new ideas for the treatment of SNIP in anti angiogenesis. Due to the absence lack of the experimental specimens, VEGF do not have meaningful reference value in SNIP development and recurrence. |
