| Objective:By observing the compound Kusheng fluid to the comprehensive efficacy of advanced prostate cancer, explore the compound Kushen injection for advanced prostate cancer(PCa) of the clinical effect and safety evaluation.Methods:Collect hormone sensitive patients with adanced PCa(T3, T4) 31 cases, were randomly divided into group of Kushen(traditional endocrine therapy + compound Kushen liquid), the control group(traditional endocrine therapy); 25 patients with selected castration resistant PCa, divided into Kushen group(traditional chemotherapy + compound Kushen liquid), the control group(traditional chemotherapy). Kushen group for traditional endocrine, chemotherapy regimens with intravenous drip liquid compound Kushen 30 ml 250 ml + physiological saline,7 days a course of treatment. Observe each group before and after the treatment the patient’s quality of life score(QOL), prostate specific antigen(PSA), the change of bone pain, side effects, etc. All the results are conducted with SPSS16.0 statistical analysis, P 0.05 or less difference was statistically significant.Results:(1) And the control group than that of Kushen patients PSA decline significantly,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);(2)Compared with control group,Kushen group of QOL in patients with increased compared with control group,Kushen group of(P < 0.05);(3) Compared with control group, Kushen patients pain ease rate increased atients WHO observe the curative effect evaluation of solid tumor(P < 0.05);(4) Compared with control group, Kushen patients increased white blood cell count, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Conclusion:Compound Kushen fluid with advanced PCa has good curative effect, can have significant effect, can effectively reduce the serum PSA, better relieve clinical symptoms, improve patient quality of life, no serious adverse reaction occurred, can be used as a good means for the treatment of advanced PCa. |
