With the increasing prominent environment and food safety, caner has become one of the major killer diseases. Every year about 10 million people died in the word, and cancer’s rate is still growing, so cancer is a serious threat to people’s health and lives. Surgical resection therapy, chemotherapy and physical radiation therapy are traditional methods for treating cancer The Surgical resection therapy is the first choice for the patients in the early stage of caner. But the better choice is chemotherapy or physical radiation therapy for the patients with advanced cancer, because the cancer cells have spread. However, the chemotherapy or physical radiation therapy has not specificity, so they have great damage to body’s healthy tissues. In recent years, photothermal therapy has been paid close attention for its unique superiorities, it can kill cancer cells effectively without damage to healthy tissues.In this paper, we modify the Prussian blue, which is a new photothermal material, with the dopamine by dopamine In-Situ polymerization in alkaline condition, we can get the PB@PDA NPs with an amino functional surface. In the next step, the PB@PDA NPs is covered by human serum albumin which is carrying the DOX, we get the PB@PDA/DOX/HSA NPs. PB@PDA/DOX/HSA NPs has an average size about 80 nm, and it has very good biocompatibility and stability in various physiological solutions. The release of DOX from PB@PDA/DOX/HSA NPs can be induced by near-infrared light and acidic condition Furthermore, PB@PDA/DOX/HSA NPs has good chemotherapy effect for cancer.What’s more, PB@PDA/DOX/HSA NPs can convert near-infrared light to heat effectively to kill the cancer cells.What’s more important, PB@PDA/DOX/HSA NPs collects chemotherapy and photothermal therapy together, it can treat cancer more effective than each of chemotherapy and photothermal therapy, so the PB@PDA/DOX/HSA NPs has good application prospects.
