Background:CTO disease interventional therapy because of its operation is difficult, many complications, high restenosis rate and is considered one of the most difficult during PCI. There are a number of studies show that, PCI operation failed with CTO within one year, the incidence rate of MACE was 7%, and re revascularization was the proportion of patients with 2.45% and 15.7%. The technique of PCI operation success rate of judgment also determines whether to accept or patients undergoing percutaneous coronary artery bypass grafting and percutaneous coronary intervention. Objective: The effect of percutaneous coronary intervention for patients with CTO was studied from the characteristics of the patients. Methods: Selected December 2012 to December 2014 Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital, Department of Cardiology, coronary angiography found that patients with coronary total occlusion 391, the 257 cases of male, female 134 cases, average age(62+12.5) years. According to the angiography results divided into 301 cases of common CTO lesion group(group A), and vascular tortuosity group(group B, n = 90), occlusion of the distal diameter < 2mm group(Group C) 69 cases recorded the results of three groups of patients undergoing PCIResults: The mean age of A group(61+11.32), the mean age of B group(62+10.62), the average age of C group(60+10.4), and the correlation between the three groups was statistically significant(P>0.05). 05) there was no significant difference in the composition of gender between the three groups and the constituent ratio of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, myocardial infarction and diabetes mellitus(P = > 0.05).. Three groups of patients undergoing PCI results group A: 292 cases were successful, failure in 9 cases, success rate was 97%; B group was successful in 54 cases, failure of 46 cases, the success rate of 60%, significantly lower than in group A(P < 0.01); C group was successful in 56 cases, failure in 13 cases, the success rate of 81% below a group(P < 0.05). Multivariate stepwise Logistic regression analysis showed that the vascular distortion of the lesions and the distal blood vessel diameter of the occlusion were negative predictive factors for the PCI patients with CTOConclusions: Combined with target distortion of the blood vessels, occluded distal diameter < 2mm is CTO lesions independent negative predictors, clinical class combined with patient’s age, basic disease, pathological characteristics and other factors most reasonable treatment strategy...
