Objective:By limb soft tissue lesion average diffusion coefficient(ADC), the anisotropic score(FA), the volume anisotropy value(Vr A) and the ratio of the isotropy(Iso) measurement analysis, the relationship between tumor and muscle fiber bundle, to explore magnetic resonance imaging in DTI and muscle fibers in the imaging characteristics of benign and malignant soft tissue lesions provide valuable information for clinic.Methods:pathology 28 cases. Use American GE signa Excite HDX 3. 0 t MRI â…¡scanners. All cases of preoperative routine MRI, the MRI enhanced scan and magnetic resonance(NMR) coursing together weighted imaging DTI) DTI is checked, in the choice of interest in measuring center of lesions in soft tissue, the edge and the surrounding normal tissue of apparent diffusion coefficient(apparent coursing together coefficient ADC) value, part of the anisotropic(fractional anisotropy FA) value, the volume ratio(volume thewire Vr A) value, the gay(Isotropie coursing together Iso) value, and pathological examination, the results of statistical analysis of the measured value. And apply adw4.4 workstation automatic reconstruction of muscle fiber bundle around lesion, to observe the pathological changes of peripheral muscle fiber bundle.Results:Cases collected in routine MRI scan can clearly display and most is higher than that of normal skeletal muscle tissue signals, more benign limb soft tissue lesions characterized by boundary clear, for the surrounding tissue invasion, uniform signal, malignant lesions edge owe, T2 signal inhomogeneity, infringement of surrounding structures and peripheral edema. The collected images of patients to the reconstruction and reorganization of muscle fiber of parameter figure. Benign lesions center ADC values have significant difference compared with malignant lesions in the center(P < 0.05). Edge of benign lesions of ADC, FA, Iso and Vr A value in malignant comparison difference has significant difference(P < 0.05). Benign lesions center and edge compared to normal tissue ADC, FA, Iso have significant difference(P < 0.05). Malignant lesions in the center and edge compared to normal tissue ADC, FA, Iso have significant difference(P < 0.05).conclusion :Magnetic resonance DTI technology in four along with benign and malignant soft tissue lesion invasion scope to identify the identification and evaluation of lesions is valuable in application, is an effective supplement to conventional magnetic resonance(NMR).After reconstruction lesions around the muscle fiber bundle, benign lesions main cash to push changes impact on the surrounding tissue. Malignant lesions around the muscle fiber bundle is disorder, truncation. Also provide important basis for judging benign and malignant limb lesions.
