The paper focused on antheraea pernyi to establish the GC fingerprint investigate the anti-oxidation effect of 18 batches of the antheraea pernyi, and to evaluate the quality of the antheraea pernyi collected from different areas、different varieties and different Temperature-Sensing growth. The study provided reference in order to systematically evaluate the quality of the antheraea pernyi. The following research have been conducted:1. Study on antioxidant activity of’the Antheraea Pernyi in vitroThe paper focused on silkworm pupa and the male zooid of Antheraea pernyi to investigate the anti-oxidation effect of the antheraea pernyi. Using spectrophotometric method, determination the antioxidant capacity of the total extracts, Petroleum ether layer, butanol layer and water layer by detecting the removing ratio to O2-, OH, DPPH ' ABTS+。Silkworm pupa and the male zooid of Antheraea pernyi have strong anti-oxidation activity, the 50% elimination value of total extraction to oxygen free radical, hydroxyl free radical, DPPH free radical and ABTS free radical were 8.823243,12.09121,0.129908,0.22706 mg/mL and 8.096333, 14.55845,2.301113,10.00324 mg/mL, respectively. In polarity division of the experiment, water layer> butanol layer> petroleum ether layer. The best free radical scavenging effectof the silkworm pup、the female zooid of silkworm pup、the male zooid of Antheraea pernyi、the female zooid of Antheraea pernyi were Liaoning Country of Xiuyan Province、Liaoning Country of Kuandian Province、Liaoning Country of Xiuyan Province and Jilin Province Yongji Road Town, the 50% elimination value were 0.2278,0.5755,0.3199,0.6834 mg/mL: respectively.2. GC-MS fingerprint analyses of fatty acids in antheraea pernyiThe chromatographic column using Agilent DB-WAX(30 m × 0.25 mm,0.25 μm), GC: using temperature programmed:Initial temp:200 ℃, hold time:lmin, Average velocity: 3℃/min, final temp:230 ℃, hold time:10min, inlet temp:250℃, detector temp:260℃, carrier gas:He, Initial flow:1.5 mL/min, Split ratio:50:1. sample volume:1 uL. MS:ionization mode:EI, electron energy:70 ev, interface temp:260 ℃, voltage:1.89 kV, scanning range: 35~500 u. Establish the ingerprint analyses of fatty acids of antheraea pernyi collected from 18 different areas,12 common peaks were established preliminarily and species similarity analysis. With Good reproduce ability, fingerprints established for antheraea pernyi provided and ffective method for quality control.3. To evaluate the quality of the antheraea pernyi from different areas、different varieties and different Temperature-Sensing GrowthTo statistics the regular characters of the antheraea pernyi from 18 different areas、27 different varieties and different Temperature-Sensing growth., and investigate the content of the fat、the fatty acids and the total soluble sugar. The result showed:the content of the fat were: the male zooid of Antheraea perny (21.92%~34.49%)> silkworm pupa (18.94%~33.19%)> the female zooid of silkworm pupa (11.14%~17.80%)> the female zooid of Antheraea perny (2.69%~9.69%); The content of the protein was 334.56~676.96 mg/g;the content of the total soluble sugar was 0.34%~2.03%; During the experiment of the content in the Temperature-Sensing growth, the activity components of the male zooid of Antheraea perny was increased, the female zooid of Antheraea perny was be contraried.
