Objective In this study, by detecting the clinical value of Atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) in patients(who was the Tibetan and Han nationality) with HAPH, to analysis Han Tibetan plateau serum of ANP levels in patients with pulmonary hypertension, and explore the HAPH in patients with pulmonary arterial pressure, blood oxygen and small airway resistance correlation. Thus to better understand the correlation HAPH development and pathogenesis of ANP and pulmonary artery pressure, and provide the basis for clinical,to prevention and treatment of high altitude pulmonary hypertension.Methods Select the Hainan State Hospital(altitude 2800m) altitude pulmonary hypertension in patients with Tibetan and Han 30 cases each, respectively Tibetan HAPH group, Han HAPH group; this region Tibetans and Han healthy 30 cases, respectively The Tibetan NC group, the Han NC group; ① Tricuspid regurgitation pressure spreads(TRPG) according to systolic heart ultrasonic testing, the use of the Bernoulli equation to estimate HAPH group of patients with pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP). ② HAPH group and NC groups were using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in serum ANP, parallel blood gas analysis, pulmonary function test, compare observed changes in the same area between HAPH(Tibetans and Han) ANP in patients with health relations between Tibetan and Han HAPH serum ANP levels and pulmonary artery systolic pressure, oxygen partial pressure, small airway resistance index; changes in the control group, serum ANP.Results ⑴ Between different ethnic groups compared with serum levels of ANP,ANP serum levels were higher than the national NC group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); HAPH Group: ANP serum levels in patients was significantly lower than the Tibetan Han patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); NC Group: Tibetan serum of ANP levels less than Han, thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05);⑵The serum of ANP levels in Tibetan and Han were positively correlated with PASP showed a statistically significant。⑶The serum of ANP levels and Pa O2 was negatively correlated with MMEF, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);⑷ Tibetan and Han PASP and three small airway resistance index was negatively correlated.Conclusions ⑴ANP involved in the pathogenesis of HAPH, ANP levels were measured in serum can be used to determine the extent of the development and prognosis of the disease;⑵Moderate altitude hypoxia can stimulate increased expression of ANP;⑶The Tibetan better than the Han hypoxia adaptability, consider participating in hypoxic ANP biological adaptation;⑷Small airway function can be as an early assessment of the disease HAPH comprehensive index.
