| Objective : To evaluate effects Application of selective hemihepatic vascular occlusion in hepatectomy of the hepatocellular carcinoma in Qinghai region by collecting case data of Qinghai university affiliated hospital hepatic surgery. Methods : Qinghai university affiliated hospital hepatic surgery were retrospectively analyzed. from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected.they were divided into selective hemihepatic vascular occlusion group(groupâ… ) and Pringle group(groupâ…¡) groups based on liver cancer resection methods, 23 cases in group A,25 cases in group B. Results : The differences of intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion and operation time between the two groups were not significant(P> 0.05); The difference of blocking time between the two groups were significant(P <0.05),The blocking time of group â… were significantly longer than group â…¡.The differences of preoperative liver function indexes between the two groups were not significant(P> 0.05); the ALT, AST, TBIL of postoperative 1,3,7 days of group â… were significantly lower than group â…¡(P <0.05); The postoperative complication rate of group â… and group â…¡ was 13%(3/23), 40%(10/25),and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate of group â… was significantly lower than group â…¡. Conclusion : The method of selective hemihepatic vascular occlusion is better than Pringle in Qinghai region, which is a kind of simple vascular occlusion method and can effectively prevent the happen of the postoperative complications. |
