Abstract/Summary:
Objectives 1 To discuss the concentration changes of proinflammatory factor hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α among the normal people, impaired fasting glucose(FG)eople and type 2 diabetes patients.2 To discuss the level differences of inflammatory factor IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8 between the type 2 diabetes group with good glycemic control and the group with poor glycemic control.3 To discuss the level differences of inflammatory factor CRP, IL-6, IL-8, TGF-β1 and MCP1 after the type 2 diabetes patients with poor glycemic control are medicated for 3 months. Methods 1 126 impaired fasting glucose patients which contain 60 males and 66 females are taken as subjects. The age ranges from 42 to 73, and the average age is 64.50.2 160 type 2 diabetes patients which contain 84 males and 76 males are taken as clinical diagnosed cases. The age ranges from 42 to 73, and the average age is 63.50. Patients were divided into two groups: group with good glycemic control(92 patients) and group with poor glycemic control(68 patients).3 68 type 2 diabetes patients with poor glycemic control are taken as subjects(36 males, 32 females, and the average age is 63.70 ±11.57).4 100 healthy people are taken as control group which contains 55 males and 45 females. The age ranges from 45 to 75, and the average age is 62.80.To collect the serum of the above subjects, and test the hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α level with the method of he liquid chip. Examine and record the subjects’ random blood pressure, weight, stature and Body Mass Index(MI) and the formula is weight/(stature ×stature).SPSS17.0 is adopted to make statistical analysis and make a normal test on the measurement data. The measurement data which is normal distribution can be indicated by average±standard deviation. The differences between the two averages can be tested by t. The enumeration data can be tested by χ2. The bivariate correlation can be analyzed by Pearson linear correlation. Results 1 The experimental data of hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-αof IFG group, diabetesgroup and group with good glycemic control are apparently higher than the group with normal blood sugar, and the concentration difference has statistical significance. The concentration of IFG patients’ hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α, fasting blood-glucose(BG)nd insulin resistance index are positive correlation(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) 2 The experimental data of FBG, Hb Alc, IL-6, TNF-α, IL-8 of diabetes group are all higher than the control group, and the concentration differences of IL-1β have no statistical significance. The IL-6 concentration of type 2 diabetes patients, IL-8(r = 0.32, P =0.01)and TNF-α(r = 0.43, P = 0.01) are positive correlation. The proinflammatory factor IL-6, TNF-α, IL-8 level of group with poor glycemic control are apparently higher than the group with good glycemic control(P<0.01). 3 After the controlling the blood sugar, the hs-CRP level reduces from 43.25±28.34 to 27.32±20.14, and the differences has statistical significance(P < 0.05). After the controlling the blood sugar, the concentration of proinflammatory factor IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α has no apparent difference(all P>0.05).
