Objectives Nowadays, Laparoscopic surgery is one of the routine treatment in obstetrics and gynecology. Although the damage is relatively small, it increases the recovery speed of patients. It is still a traumatic surgery, and increases the specific course of treatment. At the same time, it will cause varying degrees of pain and discomfort to patients. Exploring the comfort degree of the patients in perioperative period, analyzing the influences and doing some nursing intervention are important for the patients. Methods A total of 216 patients were participated in our research who have diagnosed with ovarian cyst and will do laparoscopic surgery in the maternal and child health hospital in May 2013 to April 2014. In order to understand the comfort situation and relevant factors, we used the self-designed questionnaire to survey the basic condition of the patient and the comfortable situation Kolcaba scales, general hospital anxiety, depression scale, visual analog scale table for evaluation. Selecting 80 patients who have done the laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery in April 2014 to sept.2015, and divided them into two groups(the case group and control group). The control group was treated with usual care; the case group was given usual care and comfortable nursing(based on the factors of comfort level to make plan), then, the degree of comfort score, anxiety and rehabilitation were observed. SPSS13.0 statistical software was used to analysis the main factors. Results 1 The level of comfort score is low. The 84% of patients felt comfortless. 2Univariate analysis showed that the marital status, preoperative oral and cool bloating, postoperative nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, dry mouth and postoperative degree of satisfaction with health care, sleep and comfort scores were related to the comfort score in each dimension(P<0.05). 3 The Logistic regression analysis showed that:dry mouth, oral and cool bloating, postoperative nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension and marital status were the main factors affecting the level of comfort(P<0.05). 4 The comparison of unilateral and cooperated intervention showed that(1)surgery: preoperative anxiety scores before the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group; the experimental group were treated with preoperativeabdominal distension and cool conditions significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) after: the comfort scores of experimental group were significantly better than the control group; the dry mouth degree of the experimental group were better than the control group; the recovery time of bowel sounds and flatus first time of the experimental group were less than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 The patients with low comfort in laparoscopic surgery, there was 84%patients felt poor. 2 The Logistic regression analysis showed that: postoperative dry mouth, oral and cool bloating, postoperative nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, and marital status are the risk factors. 3 We found that it has achieved a certain degree of rehabilitation by using the comfort care program to the factors caused unwell.
