Effect Of Hyperbaric Oxygen On The Intestinal Barrier Of Rats With Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objectives Discuss the effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in severe acute pancreatitis. Observed in the process of HBO in the treatment of rats with acute pancreatitis, the protection of intestinal barrier function, to explore its possible mechanism,and provide theoretical basis for reasonable to carry out the relevant clinical treatment.Methods 65 SD male rats, randomly divided into 4 groups, namely the normal control group(n=5) and control group(sham)(n=20), severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) group(n=20), hyperbaric oxygen therapy group(SAP- HBO)(n=20). The sham group only a simple switch abdominal surgery, SAP and the SAP-HBO group adopts retrograde bile pancreatic duct injection of bezoar cholic acid sodium were pancreatitis model. Sham group, SAP group and SAP- HBO group is divided into four subgroups, each set of 5 only.Sham group and SAP in postoperative 3 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h to be put to death. SAP-HBO group in building successful within 1 h after hyperbaric oxygen therapy(pressure of2 atm, 98% oxygen concentration, treatment time of 1 h), in postoperative 3 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h to be put to death. Detection of normal control group and model group rats blood amylase. Calculate the SAP group and SAP- HBO big abdomen water; HE staining to observe intestinal mucosa tissue pathological changes; IL-2,IL-6, TNF-α method level and blood DAO activity in the blood with ELISA.Results 1. SAP- HBO abdomen water significantly lower than SAP group; 2. Can be obviously bleeding SAP group of specimens of pancreatic tissue necrosis, infiltration of inflammatory cells, pancreatic tissue specimens and SAP- HBO group hemorrhage necrosis and inflammatory cells infiltration of light in the SAP group; 3. SAP IL- 2- HBO group, IL- 6 and TNF alpha level significantly lower than SAP group; 4. SAP- the blood concentration of DAO HBO group was obviously lower than SAP group.Conclusions SAP, hyperbaric oxygen therapy may by controlling the inflammatory factor, protect rat intestinal mucosal barrier function, in order to improve the acute severe pancreatitis.
