In terms of cost savings ratio, In turn, is he urban employee basic medical insurance patients、the urban and rural residents medical insurance patients and patient at his own expense. Comparing the results of different methods of payment of medical insurance patients, who did not enter the planning stage, the individual burden decrease higher.According to the result of time sequence analysis,All outpatient costs of the growth of the cost of outpatient has slowed after the implementation of the zero-profit drug sales policy.Conclusion The zero-profit drug sales policy can influence the personal burden of patients, and can reduce the personal burden.but under different forms of health care and different terms of payment, the situation is different.
