Objective:The purpose of this article was to establish the evaluation system of anti- parasites of tradition chinese medicine. Then, screening the effective prescription for anti-parasites and optimizing the best program of extraction technology. On the basis of the above experiment, this methods and thesis tried to provide scientific basis for the development and application of anti- parasites of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:The chemical evaluation system was established by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and using pharmacological experiments methods to establish the anti-parasitic pharmacodynamic evaluation system. Using the pharmacodynamic evaluation system to screen the effective prescription for anti-parasites. Study the effects of different factors on the extraction technology with single factor experiment. The best extraction technology was optimized by the L9(34)of orthogonal test. Using separation and purification methods to pure the organic solvents of different polarity in order to find the best extraction. Each of the different extraction parts was purified by chemical and pharmacodynamic evaluation, in order to obtain a valid prescription for anti-parasite.Result:It is success to establish the method by UV. The effective absorption wavelength of the determination to CK was scaned by UV is 255 nm and the analysis of index components is stable. At the same time, BT effective extract against Plasmodium falciparum has good effect, and the composition of insect resistance effective index can is correspondence with efficacy established from 7 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine; anti parasite screening prescription CK antimalarial effect best, insect resistant inhibition rate reached 81.54%; insect resistance effective CK process optimization in the course of the study the optimum process of anti malaria: effective prescription for extracted by refluxing method, using the 20 objective CK medicinal raw powder, solvent II, three times ofextraction, solvent dosage were 6/5/4 times, extraction time is 45min; fourth, BT effective CK extract not homopolar pharmacodynamic studies showed the extracts of the index component content of extract solvent Y the highest, and inhibition rate of plasmodium is maximum.Conclusion:On the basis of the above experiment,this topic sccessfully screened the most effective antimalarial which is CK and screen its most optimal extraction technology. At the same time, this experiment got the best extraction of active ingredients of insect-resistant. It can be offer a reference basis to the new antimalarial drug research.
