Currently, attribute-based signature has become a new direction of research and application of digital signature, which can fine-grained divide identity of the signer, protect the privacy of the signer effectively. In recent years, cloud computing brings new breakthrough for businesses. As one of the pillar industries, the medical industry also takes full of it to build the health care system. Medical can improve the phenomenon of waste of resources in the traditional medical system and share information between a plurality of medical institutions. Also, people take more and more attention to its safety in use of the medical cloud. Therefore, this thesis will use attribute-based to resolve the medical cloud’s authentication. ABS can well be applied to the medical cloud because of its flexible access control. To this problem, we propose an attribute-based server-aided verification signature, and put it to the authentication of medical system and medical clinics cloud management system.In summary, main contributes of this thesis are:(1) proposes attribute-based server-aided verification signature, lightweights mobile devices computing works, resolves its lack of resources. (2) analyzes performance of ABS schema’s safety and computation, realizes the program and compares the signature verification time between normal ABS and ABSAVS. (3) simulates the medical cloud platform, and implements the schema application in diagnosis system and examination management system, validates the result of ABSAVS schema on the Android mobile device simulator.
