Objective: To observation and study of patients with esophageal cancer undergoing esophageal resection perioperative give ambroxol hydrochloride combined with albuterol inhalation therapy lung protective effect.and then investigate the significance and mechanism of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with albuterol inhalation therapy after the operation. Methods: 120 patients were divided into experimental group and ambroxol hydrochloride group and control group.Experimental group of 40 patients with ambroxol hydrochloride joint salbutamol aerosol inhalation, ambroxol hydrochloride group of 40 patients with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation, the control group of 40 patients with Alpha-chymotrypsin,gentamycin and dexamethasone aerosol inhalation.Other treatments(nutritional support,anti-inflammatory,hemostatic,added electrolyte, etc.) are the same.Observe three groups of patients with postoperative c-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),neutrophil absolute value(ANC),the arterial blood(Pa O2), oxygen analysis index(Pa O2/Fi O2) value, and the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications(including atelectasis, pulmonary infection, respiratory failure),according to the results of the statistical analysis with or without statistical significance.Results:(1)Three groups of patients with preoperative general information(gender, age, surgicalsites, histological types) had no significant difference(P>0.05).Three groups of patients with preoperative CRP,TNF-α,ANC,Pa O2,Pa O2/Fi O2 had no significant difference(P>0.05).(2) CRP,TNF-α and ANC of three groups had no obviously difference(P>0.05) at day 1 after surgical operation. The experimental CRP,TNF-α and ANC was significantly lower than controls(P<0.05) at day 3 after surgical operation. There was no significant difference(P>0.05) compared ambroxol hydrochloride group with the controls. The same result in comparing ambroxol hydrochloride line set in the controls.CRP,TNF-α and ANC of experimental group had significantly decreased(P<0.05) and ambroxol hydrochloride group and the controls were no significant difference(P>0.05) compared with the day 1 after surgical operation. CRP,TNF-α and ANC of experimental group were significantly lower than ambroxol hydrochloride group and the control group at day 5 after surgical operation and them of ambroxol hydrochloride group were also significantly lower than the controls(P<0.05).Last, three groups had significantly lower than those of day 1 and 3 after surgical operation(P<0.05).(3)Pa O2 and Pa O2/Fi O2 of three groups had no obviously difference(P<0.05) at day 1 after surgical operation. The experimental Pa O2 and Pa O2/Fi O2 was significantly higher than controls(P<0.05) at day 3 after surgical operation. There was no significant difference(P>0.05) compared ambroxol hydrochloride group with the controls. The same result in comparing ambroxol hydrochloride line set in the controls.CRP,TNF-α and ANC of experimental group had significantly decreased(P<0.05) and ambroxol hydrochloride group and the controls were no significant difference(P>0.05) compared with the day 1 after surgical operation.Pa O2 and Pa O2/Fi O2 of experimental group were significantly higher than ambroxol hydrochloride group and the control group at day 5 after surgical operation and them of ambroxol hydrochloride group were also significantly lower than the controls(P<0.05).Last, three groups had significantly higher than those of day 1 and 3 after surgical operation(P<0.05).Conclusions: Ambroxol hydrochloride and salbutamol inhalation after surgery can reduce the inflammatory reaction of lungs more rapidly and can promote the recovery of lung function and has a evident lung-protective effect. It is available during clinical pratice.
