Clinical Research On Different Type Of Plancenta Previa And Pregnancy Outcome

Research Objective:Explore the association between different types of placenta previa and pregnancy outcome.Research Significance:Take a better understanding of the different types of placenta previa pregnancy outcome characteristics through Perfectly studying the clinical cases, in order to do a better prevention and treatment of disease。 To achieve a purposes of improving the bad pregnancy outcomes and reducing neonatal morbidity and mortality.Research Methods:A tatol of 96 pregnancies with PP from January 2012 to December 2014 at our hospital were retrospectively. There are three ways to make sure the position of placenta, TBS or TVS、 surgery examination and examination after vaginal delivery.In this research PP is divided into three types,Complete PP、Marginal PP and Partial PP. According to the characteristics of cases,the cases are divided into three parts:the clinical features of obstetrics, maternal characteristics and pregnancy outcomes of pregnancy.Especially, take a analysis and contrast of postpartum hemorrhage of three PP,including blood loss, blood transfusion (packed red blood cells PRBL). This study take a conclusion by using SPSS20.0 statistical software.Research Results:1. The study data of placenta previa and delivery totally is 96 patients, the incidence is 1.08% (96/8876). Placenta previa cases were diagnosised by prenatal ultrasound and MRI. In three types of PP,50 pregnancies (52.08%,50/96)were complete PP,14 pregnancies (14.58%,14/96) were partial PP,32 pregnancies (33.33%,32/96) were marginal PP.88 patients were CS(including this pregnancy outcomes);56 patients(58.3%,56/96)were one time CS.8 patients were vaginal delivery,3 patients were twin pregnancy.40(41.67%,40/96)patients were one time abortion. The average maternal age is 30.26, gravity is 4.14, parity is 1.5, gestational age is 34.36.2. Compared with other two type of PP,age,gravity and parity were higher in complete PP.3. Compared with those other two groups,PA,partum hemorrhage,probability of blood transfusion were higher in complete PP.4.Compared with those other two groups,neonatal asphyxia,premature,to NICU, AC,neonatal weight were higher in complete PP.Research Conclutions:1.PA, partum hemorrhage, probability of blood transfusion are have association with typies of PP, incidence is higher in complete PP.2.PP has a closely association with abortion history, CS and maternal age. Reducing the abortion rate of cesarean section is a effective way to reduce the occurrence of placenta previa. Timely and correct treatment of placenta previa can help reduce maternal complications and mortality.
