Study On The Mechanism Of Bushenwenyang Therapy On Treating PCOS With Ovulation Obstacle

Objective: to observe and investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of therapy of Bushenwenyang Tiaojingzhongyv decoction on treating ovulation disorders of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods: 75 cases of PCOS with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 37 cases of the treatment group were given therapy of Bushenwenyang Tiaojingzhongyv decoction;38 cases of the control group were given the chlorine meters. Before and after treatment, ovulation rate,serum insulin(INS), BMI, six sex hormone(FSH, LH, LH/FSH, E2, T) of two groups were observed.Results:3 cases of treatment group and 2 cases of control group were losed.Comparing the ovulation rates of two groups the third period after treatment, the ovulation rate of the treatment group was 61.76%, that of the control group was36.11%, there was significant difference(P < 0.05).After the treatment, INS levels of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences are significant(P < 0.05); BMI in the treatment group after treatment decreased obviously, there was significant difference(P < 0.05); Comparing the levels of serum LH, LH/FSH, T of the treatment group with corresponding index of control group after treatment, those of the treatment group were significantly reduced, there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: therapy of Bushenwenyang Tiaojingzhongyv decoction can improve ovulation rates of PCOS with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, its mechanism may be related to lower the levels of insulin and testosterone and adjust the function of reproductive axis.
