The Study Of Intervening Kidney Deficiency Type Decreased Ovarian Reserve Patients With ErZiFang

Objective:By observeing DOR (kidney deficiency type) patients Clinical symptoms improvement and hormone 1 evel(bFSH,bLH,bE2) threated by ErZiFang before and after,evaluating the Clinical curative effection of kidney deficiency type DOR patients threated by ErZiFang.Preliminary discuss its mechanism of action and provide more scientific theory basis to the clinical application and new drug development.Methods:Select 32 meeting the diagnostic criteria’s kidney deficiency type DOR patients from July 2012 to June 2013 treated in Henan Province traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital gynecology and record the general datas,The patients threated by ErZiFang in menstrual cycle,but stop taking jn menstrual period.Henan Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospi-tal’s Pharmaceutical preparation concentrated decoct ErZiFang for 400ml, 200ml each bag.The patients need to take the ErZiFang two times a day, every time for one bag and take it in the morning and evening.Observe the patients,menstrual curative effection,syndrome curative effection,symp-toms integral,hormone leve (bFSH,bLH,bE2) and pregnancies.Results:①Compared after treatment for ErZiFang with before treatment, symptom integral was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment in patients with symptoms of total score significantly decreased,compared with before treatment, there was significant difference (P<0.01),of which cases of pregnancy, accounting for 60% of the infertile patients.②After treatment for ErZiFang, bFSH and bLH level was decreased, the differences between before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).E2 levels after treatment than before treatment, but had no statistically signi- ficant differences between before and after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:①ErZiFang can obviously improve kidney deficiency type DOR in patients with low or menstrual quantity is little, lumbosacral pain,loss of libido,god symptoms such as fatigue,less gas lazy words.②ErZiFang can make elevated serum levels of Follicle-stimulating Hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2)declined obviously.③ErZiFang in improving and restoring the ovarian function role similar to sex hormones,helps to restore the hypothalamus-pituitary gonadal axis system overall regulating function of reproductive organs,with a high quality effect on promoting ovulation,and improve pregnancy rate. So,ErZiFang is an effective prescrip-tion to treat the kidney deficiency type DOR patients.
