Objective: Application of 320 slices volume CT 4D dynamic scanning, analysis diagnostic indicators of patients with patellofemoral joint abnormal involution patients with knee flexion movement, to explore the most valuable knees angle during the CT scanning, to provide a theoretical basis about patellofemoral joint abnormal involution patients on clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:Between February 2013 to march 2015, in hospital of shandong u niversity of TCM the patients has diagnosised abnormal involution of pat ellofemoral joint by the orthopaedic according to the cases included in the standard choice.Select 25 cases(30knees) as experimental group, the male 11 cases, 12 knee, female 12 cases, 18 knee,mean age 28.46±6.20 yea rs old; Solicit volunteers with no symptoms of knee joint in 16 cases(32knees) as the contrast group, the male 9 cases, 18 knee, female 7 cases, 14 knee, mean age 28.35±6.71 years old. Adopts Toshiba Aquilion ONE 320 s lices dynamic volume CT,scanning parameters: the tube voltage 120 KV, tub e current 50 MA, exposure time of 0.5S. Told the inspectors prone position with active movements within 10 s two knee joints do mobility flex moveme nt at a constant speed of 0o~120o, no interval exposure,then use the 4D D ynamic reconstruction method to analyze. Obtain axial and sagittal and co ronary volume images and dynamic reconstruction images. Choose knee angle0 o, 30 o, 60 o, 90 o, 120 o in axial position and then measured the FTA、CA、LP TA。All count datas use mean and standard deviation to describe. SPSSl9.0 software was used to make two sample mean t test, P 0.05 or less have sig nificant difference.Results: 1. The experimental group compared with contrast group have obviously different, especially in the knee flexion of 0o- 30 o the two groups of LPTA, FTA and CA had significant difference(P < 0.05).2. This study found that only rely on a certain Angle index to judge abnormal involution of patellofemoral joint has certain limitations, dynamic CT scan can not only reflect the degree of abnormal arrangement of patellofemoral joint, but also provide dynamic change trend, shows the advantages of dynamic CT evaluation of abnormal involution of patellofemoral joint.3.Measure FTA, CA, LPTA in dynamic CT images plays an important role in diagnosis of abnormal involution of patellofemoral joint, it can provide more reliable information for clinical, static checking cannot reach it.
