| Objective: Via analysing the radiological and clinical follow-ups, observe the match of femoral prosthesis with tibial prosthesis in total knee arthroplasty,for providing better data of clinic.Methods: Analysis the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine) joint orthopedic March 2012- March 2013 who are mismatch of Femoral prosthesis with tibial prosthesis 15 cases, and the match of Femoral prosthesis with tibial prosthesis 15 cases. The clinical data are summarized and analyzed, through regular follow-up,according to the HSS score to evaluate the surgical effect. Assessed by radiographic knee radiographs and bone prosthesis interface to understand whether there photic zone and hardened band, while understanding the prosthesis is loose, and prosthetic bone contact with the case. Score the patients of knee joint surgery who are followed up for three months. Evaluate the mismatch of femoral prosthesis with tibial prosthesis to provide an objective basis for clinical applications.Results: The study include 30 cases of knee replacement patients,who are primary arthroplasty.Surgical prosthetic groups are divided into matched and mismatched groups.In this study, the matched group of 15 patients, 15 cases in mismatched group, according to the statistical results, vital signs, test group and control group subjects demographic indicators and baseline comparisons were not statistically different. Before and after surgery, the matched group and the mismatched group were observed index admission, examination results for all subjects were normal or abnormal meaningless, and did not change before and after treatment. HSS before and after surgery by calculating the difference between the scores, showing the postoperative cases before the subjects havesignificantly improved the statistical analysis, the difference between the two groups HSS score no statistical difference. Follow-up tests showed that the product has a year to better security in product performance. X-ray showed the position of the knee prosthesis satisfaction, no prosthesis and bone interface region and sclerosis with no signs of loosening and infection of the prosthesis. Postoperative wound infection does not appear, deep venous thrombosis, periprosthetic fractures and other complications. Patients with significantly improved knee function, pain relief thorough, enhanced stability and flexibility, gait returned to normal life can take care of themselves.Conclusion: In the process of knee arthroplasty, femoral prosthesis’ not matching the tibial prosthesis situation would not affect the function and life of patients. Circumstances can increase the osteotomy surgery to remove excess surface or osteophytes to ensure postoperative functional recovery. |
