Yimai Granule On The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Senile Carotid Atheromatous Plaque Influence

Objective:Observe the pulse treatment senile carotid atheromatous plaque(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) clinical curative effect,expounds the advantages of Chinese medicine intervention on carotid atherosclerosis plaque.Methods:60 cases of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in patients,were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group,30 cases in the control group.The control group was givenrosuvastatin tablets;the treatment group in the rosuvastatin tablets based on the given Yi Maigranule.The treatment period of 2 months.The clinical symptoms,signs and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) and other indicators of change.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the treatment group clinical total effective rate was 90%,significantly better than the control group 80%.After the treatment of TCM syndrome score and activities of daily living score were improved,between the two groups compared with significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Blood lipids improved after treatment,the comparison between the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05).The carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),there were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion : Yi Mai Granule on elderly patients with carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque has good effects of the intervention can better improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs, improve the quality of life of the patients.
