Clinical Efficacy In Patients With Depression And Phlegm Tongbi Capsules Therapy After PCI With

Methods: Sixty patients after PCI compliant with depression were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients after PCI for both groups of patients were treated with routine thanks to aspirin, Plavix dual antiplatelet, statin drugs, lipids nitrate, β- blockers and other drugs,(to be symptomatic blood pressure, blood glucose and other conventional treatments such as hypertension, diabetes and other diseases) to merge it sick. On this basis, the control group took Deanxit(Flupentixol melitracen tablets, Denmark Lundbeck Pharmaceutical Co.), every morning a treatment group took phlegm tongbi capsules(in Weifang hospital since preparations), every four, three times a day. 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group and the control group were observed clinical symptoms, symptom scores, angina, ECG changes and changes in the Hamilton Depression Scale before and after treatment, and apply statistical methods to determine the results of further analysis.Results: 1 in alleviating symptom scores, the two groups had a significant effect(p <0.01), significant aspects of symptom treatment group was higher efficiency and total efficiency, but the difference was statistically insignificant(p> 0.05). 2. ECG effects and aspects of angina pectoris, the two groups had a significant effect, the difference was not statistically significant(p> 0.05). 3. The two groups in HAMD scale score improvements were significant effect(p <0.01), the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(p> 0.05).Conclusion: The phlegm Tongbi Capsules therapy after PCI in patients with depression exact efficacy and Deanxit compared with no side effects.
