Objective: Through reviewing the first affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM in 40 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction clinical quasi dynamic magnetic resonance examination, defecation imaging method for patients of imaging data, and compared with clinical comparison of the results of analysis, so as to evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance system disease in pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods: Select since March 2013- December 2015 to the first affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM anorectal inpatient and outpatient, age between 40 and 70 years old, of which 10, female 30 male with an average age of 50 is given priority to with women,Selected patients have constipation, anal drop, organ prolapse and clinical symptoms. This experiment use philips 3.0 MRI dynamic magnetic resonance defecation angiography examination. Statistical methods to analyze the chi-square test. Results: About 40 examinee(using HMO dividing, rule out other diseases) summarizing the test of magnetic resonance imaging of the patients, including MRI to drop bulging, bladder, anal rectum muscle injury and diagnosis of pubic rectum muscle spasm has optimal and defecation by X-ray imaging and clinical examination. According to severity of the pelvic floor fall into light, medium, heavy three degrees, the measured results and clinical examination results are basically identical. Conclusion: MRI defecation imaging for the detection of pelvic floor dysfunction and degree has an important significance.
