Correlation Between Feng Yang Shang Rao Syndrome Of Acute Cerebral Infarction And Pulse Diagram Parameters

Objective:By observing the patient’s Feng Yang Shang Rao syndrome symptoms of acute cerebral infarction and pulse diagram parameters like T1,T2,S1,S2,H which is related to,discuss the relationship between the Feng Yang Shang Rao syndrome of acute cerebral infarction and pulse diagram parameters of pulse elements of Lai Qu.The purpose of this study is provide the basis for clinical syndrome diagnosis of Feng Yang Shang Rao syndrome of acute cerebral infarcttion.Methods:Divide 38 cases of Feng Yang Shang Rao syndrome of acute cerebral infarction who fulfilled the inclusion criteria and 30 cases of healthy healthy people into the case group and the control group.Investigate the pathological data of the patients, Acquire and quant quantize pulse parameter information of pulse elements of Lai Qu by single probe pressure pulse diagnosis instrument SH-1,which is developed by institute of Chinese academy of science biomedical engineering, and statistically analyze the obtained data.Results and Conclusions:(1)Compared with the control group,there are different degrees of T1 value decreases, T2 value increases,S1 decreases,S2 increases and H value increases on the both hands of patient’s with Feng Yang Shang Rao syndrome symptoms of acute cerebral infarction.(2)Feng Yang Shang Rao syndrome on acute cerebral infarction syndrome pulse parameters T1,H has a statistically significant,pulse parameters T1,H with acute cerebral infarction Feng Yang Shang Rao syndrome permit a significant positive correlation;Feng Yang Shang Rao syndrome of acute cerebral infarction pulse parameters T2,S1,S2 with statistical significance,pulse parameters T2,the S1,S2 and Feng Yang Shang Rao syndrome of acute cerebral infarction permit relevant.(3)The main wave height is the most significant variation of Feng Yang Shang Rao syndrome on acute cerebral infarction group oppose healthy group,followed by the ascending time branch of the T1 values changed significantly,and the area of the ascending branch also have a apparent change.The main characterization of the pulse elements of“Lai hasten and Qu”is extreme heat of blood and billowing blood run on the head, and the pulse parameters result of T1 decreases T2 increases,S1 decreases,S2 increases consistent this study’s objective pulse elements Lai Qu and provide evidence.(4) Feng Yang Shang Rao syndrome have a large degree of change of a single parameter elevator time T1/T2 and elevator area ratio S1/S2 which is compared to the healthy group.That means the change of parameter elevator time is more significance for the diagnosis of Feng Yang Shang Rao syndrome of acute cerebral infarction than T1/T2 and S1/S2.
