Objective: To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine of gu-ben-hua-zhuo method in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency-phlegm and blood stasis type of acute cerebral infarction, to explore the mechanism of action, and to assess the safety. Methods: 60 cases of liver kidney yin deficiency-phlegm and blood stasis type of acute cerebral infarction were numbered sequentially, using a random number table divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 30 cases. The control group was treated with conventional therapy of western medicine, specific treatment plan: Aspirin 100mg/d; Atorvastatin 10mg/d; 20% mannitol 250ml/d; Oxiracetam Injection 3g/d; Cell Two Choline Injection 0.75g/d. Patients with other disease were given symptomatic treatment. The observation group was not only treated with conventional therapy of western medicine, but also treated with gu-ben-hua-zhuo method. We observe the changes of the clinical and laboratory test indexes of the two groups, and closely observe the adverse reactions of two groups during the medicine treatment. Results: ①the effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of gu-ben-hua-zhuo method in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency-phlegm and blood stasis type of acute cerebral infarction was 9 0.000%, significantly higher than the control group(70.000%), with statistical significance(P <0.05); after treatment, the effective rates of individual symptoms and signs of TCM of the observation group were all significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05); after treatment, the TCM symptom score of the observation group was 8.933 ± 4.362, significantly lower than the control group(12.86 7 ± 4.644), with statistical significance(P <0.05). The effect of the degree of neural function defect: the total effective rate of gu-ben-hua-zhuo method in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency-phlegm and blood stasis type of acute cerebral infarction was 93.333%, significantly higher than the control group(80.000%), with statistical significance( P <0.05);after treatment,NIHSS score of the observation group was 3.133±2.012, significantly lower than the control group(4.700±2.576), with statistical significance(P <0.05). ② Laboratory test indexes: gu-ben-hua-zhuo method in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency-phlegm and blood stasis type of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve some laboratory test indexes, such as to reduce terms of TC, LDL-c and FIB. The observation group shows advantages compared with the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05); but in the term of hs-CRP, the observation group did not show its superiority compared with the control group, with no statistical significance(P> 0.05).③gu-ben-hua-zhuo method in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency- phlegm and blood stasis type of acute cerebral infarction shows high security(level 1), with no obvious side effect. Conclusion: gu-ben-hua-zhuo method in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency-phlegm and blood stasis type of acute cerebral infarction shows remarkable effect, safety and reliability, so it has the value of further research. |
