Objective: Through retrospect investigation analysis of threatened abortion and unstable pregnancy, to summarize the related factors affecting the pregnancy outcome and put forward reasonable and effective measurement for prevention and curing. Methods: Through the collection of 120 cases of patients with threatened abortion from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2013 to January 2015, following-up the patients pregnant outcome, dividing them into the successful group which means remain pregnancy and have the final alive baby patients and the failure group which means failed pregnancy or eventually failed to birth an alive baby patients. Put the two groups of patient’s age, menstruation situation, gestational weeks in treatment, the number of abortion, the number of adverse pregnancy, adverse pregnancy the time of fetus protection, syndrome of TCM, western medicine etiology, E2、P and β-HCG into Excel, through the two independent samples t test, χ2 test of single factor analysis and dichotomy Logistic regression analysis, and then obtain the related factors that affect the outcome of pregnancy.Results:1. Pregnancy outcome statistics: There are 92 cases in successful group which accounts for 76.67% and 28 cases in the failure group which accounts for 23.33%; 2. The single factor investigation success and failure group research shows that: age, menstrual conditions, a number of miscarriage, pregnant(i.e., not cure disease) after statistics analysis, the difference had a statistical significance(▲P < 0.05);3. The pregnancy outcome of kidney deficiency and the distribution of kidney and certificate: justification of success and failure group distribution are most common with kidney deficiency,;4. The pregnancy outcome and the western medicine etiology: successful group of unknown etiology(48.91%), there is a clear etiology of patients with abnormal endocrine factors, the most common proportion is 28.26%; Unexplained failure group(46.42%), there is a clear cause to the common endocrine factors, the proportion of 25.00%;5. Pregnancy outcomes and serum eatradiol(E2), progesterone(P) and β-human chorionic gonadotropin: since pregnant from 7 to 11 week two groups of serum progesterone, the difference had a statistical significance(▲P < 0.05); Since the two groups of β-HCG from 6 to 11 week to compare, the difference had a statistical significance(▲P < 0.05); 6. There will be significant in the single factor, the second classification that Logistic regression analysis, abortion, regulate menstruation condition have more influence on the pregnancy outcome.Conclusion:1. The number of abortions in patients with kidney deficiency type, quickening leakage influence pregnancy outcome, with the increasing number of abortion, pregnancy success rate reduced; 2. Regular menstrual cycles to improve success rate of pregnancy; 3. Prevention before disease onset thoughts for treatment, can improve the patients pregnancy success rate; 4. In the early stage of pregnancy, the determination of β- HCG, E2, P plays an important role; β- HCG in predicting pregnancy outcome has a larger meaning.
