The Analysis Between The Tongue Coating Characteristics With The Related Factors Of Lung Cancer

Objective: By discussing the distribution of patient’s tongue coating of primary lung cancer tongue and analyzing the relevant factors, it can assist the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: Obserb the tongue coating of the 64 cases of patients with primary lung cancer, and record their age, sex, smoking history, clinical stage, histological type, metastasis, chemotherapy, the hemoglobin and other indicators. By using SPSS17.0 software,we can analyse data and discuss the relationship between the distribution of tongue coating of primary lung cancer and the factors mentioned above.Results: The study found that:(1) the overall distribution: lung cancer tongue coating from more to less turn yellow greasy coating, thin white coating, white greasy coating, few coating(and no coating), thin yellow coating;(2) Tongue coating characteristics of lung cancer patients,their onset age, sex had no correlation;(3) the proportion of yellow greasy coating, white greasy coating, few coating(and no coating)and thin yellow coating in lung cancer patients with a history of smoking were higher than that of without a history of smoking;(4) The largest proportion of the lung cancer patients in Ⅰ,Ⅱ term were thin white tongue coating and the largest proportion of the lung cancer patients in Ⅲ,Ⅳ term were yellow greasy coating;(5) most of the patients with lung adenocarcinoma were few coating(and no coating), thin white coating, and most of the lung squamous cell carcinoma patients and small cell lung cancer patients were yellow greasy coating, white greasy coating;(6) the proportion of yellow greasy coating, white greasy coating of metastatic lung cancer patients were higher than that of nonmetastatic lung cancer patients;(7) the proportion of yellow greasy coating, white greasy coating and few coating(and no coating) in chemotherapy were higher than that of in no chemotherapy;(8) hemoglobin value of the few coating(and no coating) group was significantly lower than the other four groups, hemoglobin among other groups had no statistically significance.Conclusion:Tongue coating distribution features of lung cancer patients is related to patient’s smoking history, clinical stage, histological type, metastasis, chemotherapy. The hemoglobin of few coating(and no coating)group is relatively lower than the others.
