The Analysis Of Cornonary CT Angiography Results’ Characteristic Of The Hypertensive Patients With ECG ST-T Changes

Objective:This study selected 50 cases of patients with hypertension and ST-T change,The control group was 50 cases of hypertension patients with normal electrocardiogram, Analysis of gender, age, course of disease, hypertension grading,CTA examination results, Study on the correlation between hypertension and ST-T change and coronary heart disease, So making clear the cause of ST-T in patients with essential hypertension change, For clinical diagnosis, treatment of hypertension play a positive role.Methods:In 100 cases of patients who meet the inclusion criteria, according to whether there is change of ST-T patients were divided into hypertensive patients with ST-T change group and the control group, the difference of general information were compared between the two groups of gender, age, course of disease, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and other classification, comparative analysis of two groups of CTA examination results, including the involvement of the vessel, lesion degree of stricture and lesion location etc.Results:1. The ST-T change group’s age level was higher than the control group(P<0.05), and the ST-T change group’s had a longer course of disease(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in sex between the two groups(P>0.05).2. The ST-T change group’s blood pressure was higher than the control group(P<0.05), the blood pressure was serious than that of the non ST-T change group.3. The ST-T change group’s blood sugar level, serum TClevel, serum uric acid levels were significantly higher than that of the control group, and serum HDL levels were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).4. The results of CTA showed: the ST-T change group’s coronary artery disease was heavier, the lesion of blood vessels were more than the control group,and the degree of stricture was heavier.5.The results of CTA showed:the ST-T change group compared with the control group of coronary stenosis position had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Patients with hypertension appear ST-T change is related to age,course of disease and the level of blood pressure;The ST-T change group patients were older, the course of disease were longer,and they had a higher blood pressure classification.2. The ST-T change group’s blood sugar level, serum TC level, serum uric acid levels were significantly higher than that of control group, and the serum HDL level was significantly lower than that of the control group,patients with hypertension’ ST-T change is closely related to metabolic disease.3. The ST-T change group compared with the control group, the coronary artery disease was more serious, the lesion of blood vessels were more than the control group,and the degree of stricture was heavier.The ST-T change group’s coronary heart disease incidence rate is high.4. The ST-T change group compared with the control group of coronary stenosis position had no statistical significance(P>0.05), the location of lesions may be related to the anatomy structure.5. Hypertension with ST-T change relate to the result of much element effect, it is necessary to do CTA examination to find the clear etiologies.
